Large sunny villa with private pool, garden, two large terraces

Beautiful villa with private garden and private swimming pool. Six double bedroom (4 with double beds and two with two single beds each) 4 bathrooms. 1 garage for one car, and space in garden entrance for 2 cars more. Two kitchens.

Wi Fi. Two TV. Satellite. CD, DVD music.

Tennis table (ping-pong). And pool table.

The entrance opens onto a vast living room of 45 m2 with fireplace and through a sliding door leads into the kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwaves, and all the utensils that you will need.

This floor, is very bright, large windows with access to a large terrace with panoramic view on the horizon, the sea and around the town of Sitges.There are six bedrooms in total, all with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom is a suite. All rooms have access to another large terrace with spectacular views or the garden . Large interior garden. Laundry.

The other floor has two double bedrooms, large living room, a bathroom, and the second kitchen.

You can relax in a hammock and enjoy the coolness of the shadows of the huge elm tree located in a corner of the garden while the rest of your family enjoys the pool on the other side, plenty of sunbeds..

A large barbecue in garden, and a little one in a terrace

The house is located 600 m. from the beach and 1500 m from the center of Sitges.

An urban bus take you to centre of Sitges in 10 minutes (bus stop 30 m. to the house).

Lovely Villa over looking the Sea

We were looking for a family villa that would sleep 12 family members which included 6 children 1 teenager and 5 adults. And with all the villas I looked at, Daniel’s fit the bill, it was fantastic. 3 floors with lots to do for the kids and adults alike, and a great pool and garden area for all to enjoy. There is a built in barbecue in the garden and a small one on the top floor and lots of chill out space in the garden and on the two balconies for sun bathing or just watching the day go by.
The villa is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and local harbor which has an array of restaurants, or 10 minute drive into the main town or railway station. The views from the villa are just stunning.
Daniel is the perfect owner giving us a tour of his lovely home, and showing us where all the local amenities are, he also makes himself readily available for any issues. We would highly recommend this villa for its location, its size and its cleanness and if you have kids, they will love the facilities such as the board games upstairs, the pool table, table tennis table and the decent size swimming Pool, we couldn't keep ours out of the pool.
The sun hits the garden first thing in the morning and remains until 4-5 pm in the evening, perfect for sun lovers. And the barbecue is surrounded by a lovely vine which gives you a real Spanish feel as you cook up your meal.
Thank you Daniel for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. We look forward to returning soon.

excellent villa

It is absolutely beautiful. We spend days chilling out in the garden and making lot of the nice bbq. It has two comfortable kitchens and many interesting spaces. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived. We all had a lovely time. Everything was as promised and publicity photos. Thanks Liliana and Daniel, we enjoyed our holiday in the beautiful home you have in Sitges, a cute town.

The reason that we rented this house was to celebrate the reunion of three brothers and their families who live in three different countries and have not seen each other for many years. This house accompanied us on all in the emotional moments that occured due to this reunion.
From the good distribution of space, cleaness, the enjoyment of the garden and pool, the terrace overlooking the sea in the afternoon and evening was an unforgettable setting for our dinner. Also the ease to get to the beaches, the center of Sitges and Barcelona.
A guest of the previous year had felt that was damp on the lower floor, but I can assure that there is currently none (my nephew has health problems, and we look hard at that aspect). The house, in all respects, is as advertised in the advertising and deserves all our praise.
Like their owners (Liliana and Daniel) that at all times have given us every facility and are concerned that our station is perfect. If you query this view, do not hesitate to be guests of this house.

Voici la troisième fois que nous allons à SITGES, mais cette fois-ci a été le plus beau de nos sejours. Votre maison est un rêve, même si nous étions 12 personnes avec les enfants ceci n’a représenté pas d’inconvénient compte tenu du confort et la dimension de votre maison.
Votre accueil soigné, les détailles de la décoration, l’équipement cet ensemble nous à permis de nous détendre et nous prélasser « il dolce fare niente »…. Merci à vous !

Nous avons pu bien profiter du jardin et de la piscine même si quelques jours le soleil n’était pas au RDV. En fait, soleil pas si absent car par des moments nous avons étés obligés de nous réfugier à l’ombre de ce magnifique arbre du jardin.

Les chambres à coucher avec la vue imprenable sur la mer resteront dans nos mémoires, ainsi que les plages, la vieille ville avec ses restaurants et surtout les « Tapas ». je peux vous le confesser, maintenant, j’ai fais plusieurs escapades à pie de la maison au centre de la vieille ville rien que pour ces tapas-là !

Milles mercis à Liliana et à vous Daniel pour votre gentillesse et votre sens de l’accueil, nous reviendrons dès que possible, à bientôt.
