Diablerets 3000: Skiers can 'Live the Legend' in both summer and winter up on Diablerets which can be reached via Reusch, just 4 min drive from the chalet. Diablerets also links up to the whole Villars region in the canton of Valais. Over the Col du Pillon, and into another canton (Vaud) where French is spoken, visitors can enjoy the lovely Diablerets village which provides a good variety of restaurants.
Gsteig is ideally situated being a 10-min drive away from the beautiful Alpine village of Gstaad famed as both a ski resort and a summer location for events such as the Gstaad Tennis Open and numerous musical festivals, and the Glacier des Diablerets 3000m which offers year round skiing. This area is also very popular as a hub for walkers and provides some breathtaking scenery.
