Luxury one bedroom apartment with kitchen in the heart of South Beach. Located in The Carlyle an iconic Art Deco building at 1250 Ocean Drive. The Carlyle has featured in movies such as Scarface & The Birdcage and was recently refurbished to a high standard. There's a front desk which is staffed at all times. This stunning self-catering luxury apartment is 965sq ft and beautifully furnished with designer furniture and a clean contemporary look. The well equipped kitchen includes a range of stainless steel integrated appliances,washer & dryer. There's a dining area that seats four. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with matching nightstand's and a large Californian closet. The bathroom has twin sinks, bidet and a massive walk in shower. The living space includes a sofa, armchair, pouf, coffee table, a 32'HD flat screen TV with over 90 cable channels, a DVD/CD player, an iPod radio/stereo and a fast broadband connection. The air conditioning is excellent & quiet.

All the attractions of South Beach are within a short walking distance of The Carlyle whether you are interested in the beach, superb restaurants, trendy bars & clubs, designer shopping, the beautiful Art Deco architecture or just people watching there is always something to do in South Beach. The Carlyle is 100 yards from the famous Versace Mansion which is now the exclusive Casa Casuarina members club (to which we can arrange access - just ask). The Setai, Shore Club, Delano and Nikki Beach are all nearby. Vibrant Lincoln Road with its restaurants, galleries, theatres and upmarket boutiques is easily accessible as is The Miami Beach Convention Center which hosts Art Basel and the Miami Intl Boat show. A car is not essential but reasonably priced parking is available less than 40 yards away. It is a short drive to the Port of Miami, Downtown, championship golf courses & to the shopping malls of Bal Harbor & Adventura

My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice. Our 2nd experience was just as good as the first. Mark, the owner, is very prompt and helpful in his replies to our concerns. The immaculate condo has everything one may need, from towels, umbrellas, extra pillows/blanket, Ipod dock, and many more. The location is convenient to restaurants, beach, and nightlife. After our first stay here, my boyfriend and I would never stay in SoBe hotel ever again.

Great Location/Place

I stayed at this rental for 5 day in late August. The place was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. I highly recommend this place. It is right on ocean drive in a great location. The shower is awesome, probably what we will miss most about the place.

It is decorated with a very modern look so if that is your style you will definitely like this place. As mentioned in other reviews, the little conveniences are a big plus ( beach char's, umbrellas). It was a great trip in large part to the the unit.

Fabulous experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Immaculate, excellent service, perfect location, spacious. We could never go back to a hotel in South Beach again. Owner was extremely helpful and staff was outstanding.

Wonderful place on the beach w/everything!

I stayed at the apartment during the Winter Music Conference in March, and it was more than I could've hoped for! I felt right at home! The location is fantastic with shops, restaurants, and clubs right at your fingertips. The shower is unbelievable! My guest was very fond of the bidet as well :) I recommend this place for any one that wants a home away from home. I will definitely consider this place again next year!
