Contemporary self catering holiday apartments within minutes of Margate's main beach and close to the secluded beaches of Palm Bay and Walpole Bay. Furnished to a high standard within grade 2 listed Georgian apartments (converted in 2007) offering a luxurious relaxing break for families, couples and groups. These lovely apartments retain some original Georgian features and offers amazing views of the Margate sunrise and sunset from deep sash windows. The ground floor apartment has an enclosed courtyard garden and sleeps 4-5, the second-third floor penthouse apartment has a double bedroom and sofa bed and sleeps up to 4. We offer a great base for a family holiday, easy access to the beach in the summer and a warm hideaway in the Autumn/ Winter. The Penthouse makes a romantic hideaway for couples throughout the year. Both apartments can be booked for larger groups. WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARD- see below for details, there is a 3% charge for credit card payment

2 bedroom ground floor apartment with a double bedroom and shower ensuite and DAB radio, kingsize bedroom with additional guest bed and Digital TV, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with electric/ gas oven and hob,microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and DAB radio. Te living room has leather sofas and additional chairs offering comfortable seating for 6 together with an extending glass table and chairs for up to 6. There is an LCD digital TV, CD/DVD player and surround sound system together with a selection of books, games, Cd's and DVD's for your use. The private courtyard garden is fully enclosed and has table and bench seating for up to 6 together with garden games and a barbecue. The rental includes all heating, towels and The apartment is accessed via a few steps at the main front entrance and there are a few more steps within the internal hallway.

  • We ask for a 25% deposit to secure the booking and the balance 6 weeks before arrival. We also require a £100 refundable breakages deposit 6 weeks before arrival(£150 if you wish to bring a pet)
    Preferred payment is by cheque or major credit/ debit card through World pay (3% charge for credit card transactions)
  • Our preferred arrival day is Saturday but we are happy to consider alternative days to suit you.

ACCESS: A car is not necessary. There is good local bus network for journeys to Broad stairs and Ramsgate and the new shopping centre at Westwood Cross. You can also take a ferry or Euro tunnel train to France for a day trip. Bike hire is available in the town or you might enjoy the many coastal walks in the area. PARKING There is free parking on the street outside the building and on nearby streets. Spaces are usually easy to find but there are also 2 nearby car parks at approximately £3 for 24 hours.
