Great place to stay in the middle of everything in Downtown (Old Town) Fort Collins. The condo was VERY well equipped; everything we needed was there along with beautiful furnishings. We highly recommend this location!!

Highly Recommend.

We stayed in the condo for 3.5 months while visiting CSU and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The downtown location is great -- good access to restaurants, shops and brew-pubs. The unit is very nice and is well-equipped even for a long-term stay like ours. The balcony is wonderful; we used it throughout March and April. Being on the top floor gives great light and excellent views of the downtown area. The owners were responsive and helpful. We highly recommend the condo for a short or long stay.

Well Equipped, Great Location!

Ideal studio for a single or a couple. In the heart of downtown Fort Collins, yet surprisingly quiet. (An occasional freight train blows its whistle a couple of blocks away, but that did not bother us.) Well equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, and comfortable furnishings. Helpful owner.

Perfect!

We could not have been more pleased with this lovely and well-appointed "nest" while we were visiting our son in Fort Collins. Being on the wonderful balcony overlooking the beautiful holiday display of twinkling lights was icing on the cake. My husband enjoys cooking and everything we needed was right there - including the terrific grill on the balcony. There is even a grocery store in easy walking distance. The location is perfect for strolling the Old Town area. Highly recommend!

Lovely condo, but NOT for those who are VERY light sleepers

We agree with all comments by all previous reviewers--this is a very special condo in an ideal location. We had a marvelous stay. Barry and Lynn were very accommodating with our needs.
We are not particularly light sleepers, so we slept quite well--even though occasionally awakened each night by the refrigerator compressor cycling on and off, as well as by the occasional freight train that slowly passes through Old Town (day and night, just 1 1/2 blocks from the condo). If awakened, we simply went back to sleep. Very light sleepers might not manage that.
There is nothing Barry and Lynn can do about the freight train's horn, but they could replace the refrigerator's unusually loud compressor. We stay in studio rentals frequently, but this has been the loudest refrigerator we've ever encountered.
Also, light sleepers should not run the dishwasher at bedtime--it's really a very noisy machine!
If your mother taught you that it's rude to say only good things or keep your mouth shut, you won't approve of our frankness, but we believe these reviews should be balanced.
We would love to stay here again, but feel that light sleepers should be forewarned.

Great clean place with a great view!
