The apartment is located in PORTA AL PRATO area on the first floor with an elevator of a well-appointed palace.

The apartment is a block up to the Arno River, Cascine Park ( Great Tuesday Market) and the famous bridges. It is a few blocks from Piazza Repubblica, Centro/Duomo and the state museums. . If you do not feel like cooking, this is an area with plenty of charming little restaurants of all sorts. The world-renown Gelateria Veneta and Vivoli (ice cream shop) are only e few block away.

The apartment is composed of a bedroom. with one queen size bed,. There is a living room with a sofabeds ( Two Person) a dining table,. The kitchen is separated in a another room completely equipped with all the modern appliances, then there is one bathroom with a shower, Finally, leaning out of the windows you will see a big square with a white marble paving with park benches

The apartment is a new building , It’s in the most beautiful residential area outside of the historical centre’s restricted traffic zone of Florence,. It’s by 15 minutes walking from Santa Croce Cathedral, the Synagogue, the Duome or Ponte Vecchio. It is a very Florentine part of the town; where real Florentines still live.

The day market of Sant'Ambrogio where you can find any sort of delicious food is a few hundred metres away. Twenty metres away you have one of the few organic food shops of Florence. If you do not feel like cooking, this is an area with plenty of charming little restaurants of all sorts. The world-renown Gelateria Veneta and Vivoli (ice cream shop) are only e few block away.

Fantastic apartment in Florence

It's tough to find a fully equipped good apartment at a decent price with a good location in Florence, but I was lucky to have found this one. It looks beautifully, exactly like in the photos on this site and it is super clean. Plus, there's everything you need for a longer stay (I stayed for a month) - there is a washing machine with a dryer, all kinds of necessary house equipment (towels, bed linen, vacuum cleaner...) and a big kitchen with a big refridgerator, dishes etc. There's also a garage for a car. The location is equally great, being only a short 20 minute walk away from all the sights in Firenze. The neighborhood is a new one and very calm, with a supermarket being five minutes away. In addition to that, the owner - Pasquale - is extremely friendly and always helpful, whatever you need.

I can only fully recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Florence and discover this beautiful city.

Beautiful, New, Centralized Apartment

I was very lucky to have found this apartment where I stayed for 5 months. It is in a new and quiet residential area, a 20 minute walk to the city centre, and close to all transit systems, grocery stores, and concert halls. This beautiful apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The owners, Pasquale and Iolanda, will assist you in every way possible to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this place to everyone for either a short or long term stay.
