Apartment in villa, 2/4 beds, veranda facing the sea

Apartment in a cottage near the sea front in Gallipoli Torre del Pizzo, trav. Provincial Road 215 (2 min from 'Lido Pizzo', 5 mins' tip of the Swine 'most beaches' good in our area). With private entrance, garden shared with the owner, veranda with table and chairs, can seat up to 4 people. It consists of living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, triple bedroom (1 double bed +1 single bed), bathroom with shower. Ceiling fan in bedroom, grates on the windows, with anti-theft protection system. Prices from Euro 250 to Euro 780 per week for 2/4 persons, security deposit € 100 (refundable on departure). Utilities: included (water, electricity, gas). Linen: not included available for hire 15 Euros per person. Final cleaning: included (kitchen and bathroom clean delivery or $ 30 deducted from deposit). Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is ideal for couples or families up to a maximum of 4 persons. Respecting the privacy of the owners are available to guests.
