The villa sleeps 6 persons and comprises of the following:

Local Area: Pinar de Campoverde is an urbanization situated in the mountain region of the Valencian Community, her principle character being the pines and typical Mediterranean vegetation of the area making it an ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity.

However, the town of Pilar de la Horadada and its beaches are a few minutes drive away should you want something more lively.

The beautiful beaches line the coast for 4 kms from Playa de las Mil Palmeras to Playa del Mojon. You can even walk the 890 meters of the Matitime Walk which runs from Playa del Puerto to Las Villas.

Nearby places of Interest: The harbour town of Torrevieja has a good selection of shops. restaurants, bars and discos. The Friday market is the largest outdoor market in Southern Spain and is located on the sea front. There is an Aqua Park and a fairground which are open during the summer months as well as go-carting, ten pin bowling, squash, tennis, laser quest and many other attractions.

If you want to see the countryside, venture inland past the orange and lemon groves to the city of Elche, famous for its thousands of palm trees and safari park. You can also buy shoes direct from the factory shops.

Orihuela is a paradise for those with an interest in historic architecture, with the main attraction being the Cathedral and Cloisters.

Villa Martin Plaza is very pretty with about 20 bars and restaurants arranges round the square.

Other places of interest include Mar Menor with its mud baths and shallow warm water, Fortuna with its Roman site and inland hot springs and Santa Pola with its castle.

Other places to visit: Guadalest is a 12th century mountain top town situated inland from Benidorm and provides a very enjoyable day out.

The Sierra Espuna is a wild and remote mountain range located inland from Cartagena. The 7th century village of Almedo is also worth a visit.

You might want to visit Benidorm and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. This caters for all tastes with thrilling rides, beautiful gardens and the recreation of ancient lands.

Lots of first class golf courses within easy driving distance (closest is less than a mile). 2 sets golf clubs available for use at no extra cost.

A luxurious clean villa which was extremely

The villa is well maintained and very clean. The furniture and fittings are very up market and comfortable. Information prior to holiday was excellent,the owner was extremely helpful. The description of the villa is accurate. The are bars and restaurants within walking distance, however the bakery was a short drive. The kitchen is well equipped and now has a cafeteria as we were missing our morning coffee. The surrounding villages are just a short drive. The beaches are very clean and worth a visit. The only down side was the noise of the traffic going past while we were sitting by the pool. A lovely relaxing holiday which I would recommend. The manager Ian was extremely helpful.

Great Villa!

The villa is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The immediate area is very nice, although we found having a car a must as the village was to far for us to walk to, especially in the July sunshine. The village has a lovely selection of restaurants that are very reasonably priced and many provided a take away service to, which is great if you don't want to be dragged away from the villa for too long.

The owner was a delight to deal with and gave us some very useful information regarding the local area and a little further afield.

I would recommend this villa to anybody as the location of the villa means you can sight-see, shop or go to the beach with ease. Or you can spend all day at the villa enjoying the pool in comfort.

Lovely villa, lovely location, lovely holiday.

We (myself, husband and 1-year old son) stayed here for a fortnight in May and all had a fantastic time. The villa is stunning, spotless and very well equipped. The outdoor space, both upstairs on the veranda and down by the pool, is great for relaxing in the sunshine and the pool is ideal for a cool down/splash about. It is located in a quiet spot (with a play park directly opposite which was ideal for us) but within walking distance of various good restaurants, bars and shops and the beach is a very short drive away. This was our second stay here (first time was a pre-child/golfing holiday – and, again, thoroughly enjoyed it) and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

A well maintained villa.

The villa was very well maintained and being on the corner meant the layout of the pool and patio area was ideal. Ian who looks after the property was there to meet us on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the stay.
The three bedrooms were more than enough space for us (family of four) and the layout with the open plan space on the ground floor was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need.
A hire car is essential for longer stays as the local amenities are around a ten minute drive away. There are some local bars and shops which offer a good service and are close enough to walk to.
The local town of Pilar de Horadada has an excellent beach and is well worth the visit, the kids loved it. And the town of Torrevieja is only half an hours drive away and is good for keeping the kids entertained.
Would we rent the villa again? Absolutely. We had a great holiday and came back more relaxed than if we'd spent our fortnight in a hotel with the crowds.

Brillient!!

Well where can i start... the holiday and villa was lovely, the villa had everything you could possibly need and more. From the very start of meeting Ian at the villa, who was very helpful and informative, the holiday went better than we planned, The villa was very spacious clean and tidy and well stocked of your essentials. The villa was like home from home. The bedrooms were very comfy with plenty of wardrobe space. Outside you had plenty of room around the pool to relax and enjoy the sun, the only downside was the pool water was freezing but it did the job of cooling you down and you did get used to it. A car is essential as theres not alot to walk to, but we wanted quiet and private and thats what we got. We went as a family of 5 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, Annes communication thorough out the booking and arriving was excellent, and were hoping to return again.

Our First Villa Holiday

No-one in our party had stayed in a villa before, but as we wanted to spend some family time together, we decided to give it a try. We were all delighted with the villa we chose. The location was perfect for us as it was in a quiet residential area, but within walking distance of nice restaurants and bars. The local bus service was also reliable and we used it on a number of occasions to visit Pilar. We hired a car for some of our three week stay so that we could visit the nearby beaches, but the bus would have taken us there, too.

The villa itself was very clean and beautifully furnished. We had a baby with us for some of the stay, so it was fantastic to have the use of a washing machine and drying facilities outside. The pool was just right for us and was maintained throughout our stay by Ian who looks after the villa while the owners are not there. It was very re-assuring to have his phone number if we needed to contact him for any reason.

I would certainly recommend this property to friends and relatives who are looking for a villa holiday.

Situated in the middle of beautiful orange and lemon groves, yet less than 10 minutes drive from beautiful white, sandy beaches. Quiet, residential area yet within easy walking distance of local bars, restaurants and shops. Fabulous place for a chill out holiday, yet with enough restaurants to allow you to eat in a different one every night of your holiday.

Golf: There are four golf courses within a very short drive. The closest, Lo Romero is only five minutes away.

Lo Romero is a beautiful new course opened in January 2008. Its key feature is the 18th hole which is set on an island surrounded by water. Par 72

Las Ramblas is a lovely course carved out of the undulating hillside. It boasts two lakes and numerous ravines. Par 72.

Villamartin hosted the Mediterranean open in 1994 which was won by Jose Maria Olazabal. The woodland surrounding the course adds to the attraction. Par 72.

Campoamor is possibly the easiest of the courses, having wide fairways and few established trees. There are spectacular views over the Mediterranean. Par 72.
