Brand new chalet, ideal location within les Crosets at 1.800m altitude. the chalet enjoys a magnificient view on the Dents du Midi, and is conceived in order to minimise environmental impact : heat pump, reinforced isolation, floor heating, wood fire stove will considerably limit energy consumption by the chalet. 7 rooms, 5 bath rooms (2 bath and 3 showers), and a sauna. higher floor is dedicated to a large full equipped american style kitchen, and the living room, under an impressive timber structure. 4 balconies, 4 parking places (1 inside the garage). parquet floor in all rooms + the living rooms. quality finishing and furniture.

Ski: ski lift start is approximately 1 km, accessible in & out by skiing. The Crosets occupies a central location within the Portes du Soliel, with direct access to Avoriaz, Chmpery, Chamoussin and Morgins. The famous run 'Swiss wall', visible from the chalet, reaches les Crosets.
