This lovely 2 room flat is located in the characteristic Basque town Saint Jean de Luz, at 15 km from Biarritz. The area of St Jean de Luz offers an unique combination of sea and mountains, France and Spain and all the aspects of the Basque culture. The Saint Jean de Luz-plage lies on the Atlantic coast, in the Basque region of France. You can be visiting Spain within 30 min. The beach if of golden sand and is well protected from the Atlantic ocean thanks to a dyke. On the coast, Biarritz (well known for its surfing) and Bayonne are less than 20 min north by car. Hendaye, Fontarrabia and San Sebastian are under 45 min to the South.
The flat is entirely renovated and decorated with great taste. It is located in a quiet street, 200 m from the beach and in the old center of town. You will find all the businesses you need close by.
It is the only flat at the second floor of a 2 floor house. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a room separated.
