Photos and Description of the Island of Malta vacation apartment rental Comfortable self catering very well finished and furnished in Swieqi

The location of this apartment is very central, being five minutes walk to st Georges Bay, Bay street and Paceville the entertainment area of Malta with hundreds of restaurants discos cinemas Bowling alleys, hotels etc. It is also a few minutes away from supermarkets and other shops. Apartment is 120sq metres, and consists of two bedrooms bathroom and shower ensuite. Large kitchen sitting and dining room. It is very bright well furnished fully air conditioned (At a small extra charge) with well equipped kitchen cable TV card telephone and washing machine. All linen and Towels are provided. Internet connection may be arranged. Airport transfer may be arranged. Cost of Electricity water and Cable TV are included in the rental price. This apartment is very comfortable for up to six adults. It is a super place for a holiday. Past visitors tells us that photos do not do justice to this apartment.

Car: not necessary
The location of this apartment is in Swieqi. Swieqi being five minutes walk from Paceville where one can find cinemas, many restaurants take aways Bars discos etc. Supermarkets and other shops are also very close by and two minutes away from bus route. All past visitors tells us that the location of this apartment is ideal for a holiday. Parking close to the apartment is easy while the bus stop is a very short walk away.

Our Holiday in Malta

Myself, wife and son had a very good holiday in Malta and in particular the accomodation was very good.

Joe collected us at the airport early morning 3am and took us to the apartment and made sure that we were settled prior to leaving, Joe was on hand to help in any way, he organised our car hire and return to the airport which all went very well.
We did not require any other assistance as we used to live in Malta and knew the area.

The description was accurate, the property clean and well maintained

We would recommend the propeerty to others.
Owner's Response: It is very satisfying to read such good comments. I am glad Alaistair and family had a good holiday in my apartment. I hope I will have the opportunity to host this family again in the future.

Great Flat, Very Well Located And Furnished

First of all, i want to thank joe (the owner of the flat) for all his helpfulness and kindness. Without his help, specially when he picked us up at the airport, everything would have been more difficult.

Our time in malta has been wonderful and the flat itself is great, very spacious and absolutely well located and furnished.

A great apartment!

This is a great apartment, 3 double bedrooms with plenty of space. Located in Swieqi, in easy walking distance of St Georges Bay and St Julians Bay for eating or the night life, yet not too close to be noisy! Easy access to Malta's bus service, with buses every 8-10 minutes to Valletta for just €0.47 a journey of 15-20 minutes. You don't need a car if you stop here. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We asked in advance if there was a hair dryer - "no", but one was purchased before we arrived - great service! Joe was really helpful, even sorted out the airport transfer.
Owner's Response: It was a real pleasure hosting Sue John and friends. I am glad they had a good time. They are welcomed to stay in my property any time. They came as tennants and departed as friends.

We stayed at the apartment in Feb 2008,

The photos do not do the apartment justice, a car is not necessary as you are only a short walk away from St Julians, and the Bay Street Complex. The property is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need on holiday.

Joe was really helpful and patient full of useful tips, I would recomend this apartment over and over a great base to explore malta.
Owner's Response: Such comments are very much appriciated. I feel it is my duty to do my best to make my guests feel at home.
I would very happy to host Ange and her family again in the future.
