15 mins from Disney, 5 mins from Champions Gate. Sleeps 8/10 (4 Bedrooms)

Our beautiful house is conveniently situated about 30 minutes drive from Orlando airport and only 15 minutes from Disney. Situated on a large plot, it has 2 master suites with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms plus 2 further twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. With a large lounge/dining room and separate family room there is plenty of living space and it is all newly furnished. The kitchen is extremely spacious with a table and also a breakfast bar area. There is also a separate, fully equipped laundry room. The house is fully air conditioned and the main rooms also have ceiling fans. The telephone is available with free calls. Outside there are gardens, a large screened patio and of course a private pool, which can be heated if required. The location is very convenient for all local attractions, but provides a great environment to relax in. The property is on a large plot and is not overlooked. At the rear there is a grassy rise shielding it from the view of surrounding houses.

Nearest Motorway : Interstate 4 at 5 Miles
Nearest Beach : beach at 75 Miles
Car: recommended

Wildflower ridge is convenient for the airports, close to the theme parks and attractions and yet in a tranquil location. The house is only 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and about 45 minutes from Sandford Airport. Disney World is a 15 minute drive away. Universal Studios, Sea World and several other parks are also within 30 minutes drive. The Champions Gate Golf Resort with 2 championship courses designed by Greg Norman is about 5 miles away. There are dozens of other fine golf courses within a 20 minute journey.

The sun and sand of the Florida beaches can be reached in just over an hour.

Other Activities: Disney world and all other central Florida parks and attractions

Golf: Wildflower Ridge is an ideal location for a golfing holiday. Just 5 miles from the entrance to Champions Gate. There are 25 other great golf courses in the area.

  • Prices are for the property in UK Pounds per week. Discounts available for long lets. Cleaning cost of £40 is charged for bookings of less than one week. Pool heating is available at £12 per day (if required in Winter months). A £100 per week deposit is payable upon booking. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required with the balance, this is refundable within 7 days after departure.

We found the Villa very comfortable indeed. The owner could not have been more helpful even if he tried.

Quite location yet only 15 minutes from all the major attractions.

We can not wait to visit again.

Hi Martin,
Your villa is certainly fitted to a high standard, clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. It is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate eight and made for a relaxing environment after a long day. Everything was presented lovely upon our arrival and had all the amenities that one would require. It was fairly priced and the neighbourhood was quiet and friendly.
The pool was excellent for our young family and the safety screen was perfect for keeping the children safe. The heated pool option may have been a good idea as the pool remained a little cool during our stay.
The location was convient and only a few minutes away from attractions, grocery, pharmacy and shopping.
I was nervous at first renting directly off the owner, but after doing so, wouldn't have it any other way. Martin was extremely easy to deal with and everything was in place once we arrived.
I felt that this villa was a home away from home! I will be recommending your home to family and friends.
Relaxing, beautiful and affordable!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
