The apartment is located in a newly built that provides green areas and parking lots with a 24 hour concierge service. On the fourth floor of an elegant, quiet, can accommodate up to four people, consists of a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD player, air conditioning, a large terrace with table, chairs and awning. Guests equipped kitchen with dishes, refrigerator, freezer, oven, washing machine. Getting around the city are insured by metro and buses as well as a shuttle service to the airport and the city center. A short distance from the apartment is the fair of Rome and the Parco Leonardo, large shopping center with a large cinema complex, the Warner Village and the Sheraton Golf Club

The house is located in Parco de Medici Muratella, a new area southwest of the capital, halfway between the city center and the airport Leonardo da Vinci. You can reach the Rome Fiumicino motorway (A91) and the ring road (A90), by train get off at the next station Muratella. To get around the city are accessible by metro and bus lines as well as a convenient shuttle service to Cavour / Vatican. From the metro station three stops (5 minutes) you get to Trastevere, city center, with four stops at Pyramid Ostiense. To the airport takes 10 minutes, is easily reached by car, train, taxi or shuttle service. Seaside resort within easy reach Ostia, Fregene, Anzio and Nettuno, Circeo, Sperlonga. South of the capital of the Castelli Romani, Naples, Pompeii. Rainbow Magic Land Valmontone, large playground of newly opened outlet in Valmontone.

Excellent vacation rental

We had an excellent time at this rental. The owner Fabio was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, modern, and fully stocked. We had no problem finding parking on the street. We highly recommend this rental for those visiting Rome.

This apartment is located close to the airport and the Marriott Hotel which provides a bus several times a day directly into Rome. This bus was great as we had easy assess to all the sights which were within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well stocked. Fabio was fantastic in providing excellent ideas for site seeing and restaurants. Great value!
