Dar Tola is a splendid six bedroom property located within one of the most prestigious gated private resorts in the Palmeraie of Marrakech, the El Majal Resort. Offering simplicity and understated luxury, a spacious landscaped garden and a 15mx5m heated pool, the villa also features a shared tennis court. Dar Tola is built on 1 hectare and a half (3.5 acres) land and offers the quintessence of the Palmeraie experience.
The main entrance of the villa leads onto an internal patio followed by cosy living area featuring a central fireplace, a small office (telephone, fax and built-in safe) and two double rooms which offer direct access to garden. A second patio, partially covered, is used as an outdoor dining area and opens onto a furnished terrace overlooking the garden. An alleyway, planted with olive trees and Lucerne, leads to the garden pavillon. Garden pavilion: made of four small buildings surrounding a small internal garden, the pavilion includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, a small basin (8mx3m) and a roof terrace with views on the palm grove and the Atlas.
On the 1st floor, the Celadon Master room, with en-suite bathroom, offers a private terrace with a panoramic view on the Atlas and the Palm forest. 3 further bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the main building: Mayshore, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an exterior alcove with a sofa and direct access to the garden. Aux Chameaux is another twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and direct access to the garden. Baldaquin is the 4th bedroom with a four-poster double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden as well. The garden pavilion includes 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, separate dressing and direct access to either the interior garden or the external terrace covered with a pergola.
This villa sleeps 12 people. The 4 bedroom rate does not include the Garden Pavilion.
The security deposit is 10% of the total rental price. The security deposit is released 45 days after departure.
This villa has a 5% service charge.
