Rural house with private pool in Valsequillo

Rural house El Pedregal is situated in the village of Valsequillo which is 500 m above sea level. Rural house El Pedregal is located in a large 10,000m2 estate of vineyards which dates back to the 19th century, the time of famous wines.

The property has had various owners but has always remained an agricultural and cattle farm. Refurbished in 1997 into two rural properties: Rural house German and Rural house El Pedregal; each one is independent and has its own private pool. Rural house Pedregal has a superficie of 80 m2 and is one floor

* Consists of: 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and other two with 2 single beds in each.

* Bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen which consists of: coffee maker, vitroceramic, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

* In the lounge: TV-sat, music system and central heating in all the house.

* Private parking.
Nearest Beach : beach at 10 Kilometres

This typical Canarian town is situated in the central oriental town in the island of Gran Canaria. Interesting places to visit: the Church of San Miguel, The Cuartel del Colmenar which has been declared of much cultural interest by the Canarian Government.
