"SIB NIR" has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a heated pool (Winter Only) . This newly built villa is located in Lurin, St Barts, and offers stunning views over Saint Jean bay and the countryside.

This contemporary villa is truly exceptional. The modern entrance made of concrete walls and small pond leads you to the large minimalist living room overlooking the bay. This room offers large white sofas and armchairs and opens onto the terrace where there is a covered dining area with a large concrete table. The kitchen is located at the back of the living area and is well-equipped with all the modern appliances. There is also small outdoor kitchen corner with a sink and a wine cooler.

All the three bedrooms are similar and equal in size. They are contemporary, spacious and comfortable. They feature a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and are equipped with French Satellite flatscreen TV, DVD player and Ipod dock. Each one opens onto a private terrace with lounge chairs facing the ocean.

Perched high on the hillside, the villa is constantly blessed by a nice ocean breeze and is well exposed to the sun nearly all day long. The infinity lap pool is ideal for good swimmers. A nice sundeck with 6 lounge chairs is perfect for sunbathing or admiring the view. Peaceful, well-designed, amazing views.
