Le Pradel is a traditional Aveyronnaise stone farmhouse situated on the edge of a small hamlet in the heart of the countryside. This beautifully renovated and superbly appointed home offers a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing holiday experience.
Set in its own grounds, it has lovely south facing rural views, perfect for dining and relaxing in the sun or shade overlooking the private heated infinity pool (12m x 5m with a constant depth of 1.3m throughout - pool is heated with a heat exchanger).
Le Pradel has five spacious double bedrooms, a well equipped large farmhouse kitchen / breakfast room, a formal dining room, two further reception rooms, utility room / cloakroom, newly renovated large bathroom to master bedroom. En-suite shower room to second double bedroom, plus a family bathroom.
The house is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
The Midi-Pyrénées / Aveyron region: Le Pradel is located in the heart of the Midi-Pyrénées/Aveyron region, surrounded by medieval villages and Bastide towns. Within the area lie the Tarn Gorges, the famous Millau Bridge (the highest in the world), Albi with it’s stunning Cathedral and Toulouse Lautrec Museum, Conques, boasting it’s rich collection of treasures dating from the 8th Century and of course the capital city of Toulouse.
There are also many “Grands Sites de Midi-Pyrénées” to explore, including Figeac, Cahor, St-Cirque-Lapopie, Rocamadour and Cordes-sur-Ciel. The area is home to many fine restaurants to suit all tastes - including 3 with Michelin stars within an hours drive (Belcastel, Sauveterre-de-Rouergue and Rodez).

Le Pradel is within striking distance of many historical and interesting villages. A short drive will take you to the medieval Bastide village of Najac (one of “Les Plus Beaux Villages de France”), and it’s 13th Century castle. Twenty minutes away is the lively town of Villefranche-de-Rouergue, famous for it’s Thursday morning market and historical buildings. During the summer months it is host to a street festival and many concerts and theatrical events. Further afield is St Antonin Noble Val, location for the 2001 film Charlotte Gray and the magical Cordes-sur-Ciel dating from the 13th Century. St Andre de Najac itself has a very good and reasonably priced restaurant - Relais Mont le Viau - which also has a small shop for everyday needs. There is a supermarket within 10 minutes drive.

Golf: Albi has an 18 hole par 72 Golf Course next to the river Tarn. It includes a practice range, pro shop and good restaurant.

We ask for a booking deposit of 30% and a security deposit of £500 payable with the balance due no less than 8 weeks prior to the rental period (by bank transfer please).
Please also note that the booking deposit is non-refundable and you are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
