My unit has 3 bedrooms and is set up with 1 king in the master, 1 queen in the second and 2 sets of bunk beds (all singles) in the third.
Nearby miniature golf, movies, ocean fishing, restaurants and local marina at your disposal. Go visit the aquarium or squeeze in a round of golf at one of the many public and private courses. Or you can put it in four wheel drive and venture out onto the north end of the beach for a little off roading.
Hello, My name is Brian and thank you for looking at my Carolina Beach condo. I bought this unit as an opportunity to enjoy the beach more often than I already do, as well as sharing it with you. I am very much a family man, so I encourage you to bring the kids and enjoy the area. I moved to Winston-Salem, NC just about four years ago and I truly enjoy this state.
It's my intention to create a 'home away from home' atmosphere for you, so if you stay at my condo and don't like something about it, or could offer any suggestions on how to make experince better for your next visit, I would certainly appreciate it.
I bought this unit because of its close proximity to the beach, to all of the activities that Carolina Beach has to offer and very close to Wilmington. I travel every week for my job and this allows me the option of flying in or out of the Wilmington airport.
This property has so many unique benefits, from only being footsteps to the beach, to walking distance to the marina. You can sit on the front deck and enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean because the public beach access is at the base of the unit.

|$400 (100% refundable) security deposit is required and this will hold your dates at the time of booking. 1/2 of the rent is due 60 days prior to check in and the remaining 1/2 is due 30 days before checking in. Deposit is returned within 2 weeks of checking out. I accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks or PayPal. I charge 4% if paid via PayPal, that is their fee to me.|
