Situated in the peaceful and exclusive neighbourhood of Ondarreta, just two blocks from the beach and minutes from the city centre. Within walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, restaurants. Private car park for two cars in the same building with direct access through the lift. Free internet access and free local and national phone calls.Minimum stay: 3 nights. Capacity: up to 6 people. The apartment has: Main bedroom: overlooking a beautiful park it has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Second bedroom: it has two double beds and a spacious fitted wardrobe. It also overlooks the park. Main bathroom: fully equipped with a bathtub. Living room: it has an elegant natural leather sofa as well as two armchairs that can become two single beds. Dining room: with a smart round table and overlooking a private terrace. Private terrace: it has 33 square metres with a dining table. - Kitchen: modern and fully equipped.

The apartment is lovely...perfectly appointed and in a very nice quiet area near the beach. We would definately stay there again if our travels bring us back. Emy is amazing and will provide you with very good information about the city.

we stayed for 6 days at this wonderful apartment and highly recommend it. It is very modern, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect, very exclusive and with all shops and everything. We also enjoyed being so close to the beach. A big plus is that it has a garage in the same building because parking in the summer in San Sebastian can be really difficult!

Delightful apartment and city

The apartment lived up to all our expectations as it is spacious and very well presented and maintained. Just a few minutes to the lovely Ondaretta beach and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the near vicinity. Those who could walk to the old town in 20 minutes must be much younger and fitter than us. We found it an enjoyable 30 minute stroll along the promenade although there are taxis and local buses available if you don't feel so energetic. Emy was a very friendly and helpful host and was easily contactable should there be any problems - there weren't! Overall a very comfortable apartment in a lovely city, we can highly recommend both.

What a geat time I had in San sebastian. The apt, was so near the beach,very clean and only 10mins walk to the city. But the best was the service. They were very helpful in anything we ask of them. I would say to any body who is looking at this apt.....book.. enjoy and have a ball!!!

I was concerned about booking an apartment via the Web.
In simple terms our host Emy was fantastic and met all of our expectations and more.
The apartment was spotless and everything worked well.
The location is outstanding and very close to the beach.
It is rare to speak so highly but please feel very comfortable in booking this apartment.
