Las Brisas is a charming pink-stuccoed villa situated on the lush Caribbean island of Nevis, at an elevation of almost 1000'. The Morning Star Estates location allows commanding views of the green coastal plains & Caribbean Sea to the south, and an uninterrupted view of 3300' Mt. Nevis to the north.
Las Brisas' central core is a high-ceilinged Great Room 30' square with comfortable sofas, chairs, coffee table, TV/entertainment area (with indoor & outdoor speakers), dining area (with a round table comfortably seating 10), and well-equipped kitchen. Kitchen appliances include stainless-steel side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice- & water-maker, GE 5-burner gas cooktop, convection oven, coffeemaker, toaster oven, and microwave etc. Off the Great Room is a large covered verandah for dining & lounging, with expansive Caribbean views to the south. Below the verandah is a 54' X 10' lap pool with a sundeck alongside.
East of the Great Room are 2 bedrooms on the ground level (1 with double bed & ensuite bath; & the other with 2 single beds, patio & access to a bathroom off the nearby library). On the upper floor of the east section are 2 more bedrooms: 1 with queen & ensuite bath; and the other with 2 twins & nearby access to a hall bath.
On the upper floor of Las Brisas' west wing is a master suite with queen bed, full bath & private balcony (NOTE: east & west wings are not connected on the upper level). A library with small bathroom, and a storage room, also occupy the ground level of Las Brisas.
Most rooms have ceiling fans, and beds have mosquito nets. The laundry with washer/dryer is in the basement. Voltage is 110/60 as in North America.
An acre of private gardens surround Las Brisas, affording a quiet and peaceful setting for a relaxing vacation. Nevis's renowned Pinney's Beach is a 15-minute drive from the villa, and Charlestown (with markets, shops & ferry) is 10 minutes by car.
