Looking for the perfect family villa, close to beaches, watersports, St.John ferry dock, and child-friendly too? Azula Vista may be just the home for you!
Built on 3 levels with a large pool, this villa has lots of room for everyone. A garden walkway brings you into a lanai separating Azula Vista's 2 pavilions on the main level. The lanai has a bar with mini-fridge and cushioned sofas & chairs set along the shady covered verandah, with graceful arches framing a view of nearby Secret Harbour Resort & Beach.
One pavilion houses a living area with cathedral ceiling & glass sliders on 2 sides, and a dining alcove (seats 8 at the table, & counter stools with seating for 2 more by the handy pass-through to the kitchen). The gourmet kitchen features granite counters & stainless-steel appliances. A desk with phone, high-speed internet access & WiFi (for your laptop), and the laundry room share space with the kitchen.
Across the lanai in Azula Vista's 2nd main-level pavilion are 2 ensuite bedrooms & powder room between them. The master suite features a romantic 4-poster king bed. Next door is a colorful suite with 2 twins (which can be converted to a king with advance notice). Exterior stairways (with children's safety gates) lead to the mid-level Garden Suites & pool.
On the Garden Level are 2 more a/c suites, with covered patio with tables & chairs for lounging, enjoying alfresco lunches, and for keeping an eye on the kids in the pool just below. This mid-level patio is equipped with outdoor entertainment area featuring gas grill, wet bar, icemaker, mini-fridge & 2nd convenient powder room. The West Bedroom Suite (located just off the patio) is a large, fully a/c apartment offering king ensuite bedroom, full kitchen, dining area & living area (with both queen & twin sofabeds). Also off the patio is the East Studio Suite, another roomy a/c king ensuite bedroom with full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster & coffeemaker.
A few steps down from the suites & patio area is Azula Vista's pool level, an expansive area with glass-tile accents, tiled sundeck with chaise lounges, outdoor shower & another outdoor dining area on the sundeck. Azula Vista is a casual & comfortable home for all ages, convenient but not deluxe. Its desirable East End location is close to several excellent white sand beaches & watersports, including daysails, diving, parasailing, jet skiing & kayaking - just a few minutes' drive will get you to something new to do or see every day.
Please note: Thanksgiving rentals require a 7-night minimum.

RENTAL NOTES: Azula Vista allows a maximum of 8 persons.
