An amazing two bedroomed third floor flat (with lift and porter) situated in a fabulous new riverside development, featuring modern and bright living space with air conditioning throughout and balcony.

The property is in excellent condition and comprises a good-size reception room providing access to balcony and incorporating a contemporary open-plan kitchen, master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom, second bedroom, and shower room.

Grosvenor Waterside is ideally located adjacent to the river, and many amenities can be found close by.

For transport, the nearest underground station is Sloane Square (Circle and District lines).

The property is entered via a communal entrance with the lift or stairs up to the third floor.

Nearest underground station is Sloane Square which is 12 minutes walk from the apartment or can be reached by bus in a couple of minutes. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Method of payment:

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency

We require £500 up front to secure the apartment. This will be paid via Pay Pal and kept it there until end of Tenancy.

One month prior your arrival you will need to pay 50% of the rental price by bank wire.

Upon you arrival you will need to pay cash the remaining 50% + £150 for the final clean.

Your £500 upfront payment will be kept as refundable deposit which will be paid back to you at the end of Tenancy if no damages to the property were found.

INCREDIBLE APARTMENT, EXCELLENT LOCATION

We loved this apartment! It´s exactly like the photos. It´s conveniently located 5 blocks from sloane station and 7 from Victoria station which is very convenient to use the tube to go to Heatrow. It´s 6 blocks from Kings Road for shopping and walking distance for many attractions. There´re few restaurant in the nearby. The neighborhoud it´s very quiet which is something strange in London. The apartment is brand new and is fully equiped. There´s a minimarket conveniently located with everything you need. One suggestion is to leave a sheet with instructions for the different artifacts of the house as well as common things like where to dispose the rubbish. We´ll surely come back. again

NICE SPACIOUS APARTMENT

We rented this apartment for one month in summer 2013. The apartment is spacios and clean.
Kitchen is easy to use, everything works fine and the coffee machine is really nice to have. The beds are comfortable, though the bed in the main bedroom is not that big. It's ok for two, but could be a little bigger. The bathrooms are spacious and have big mirrors, which is convenient.
During our stay it was very hot in London and thankfully the AC worked perfectly, keeping the apartment cool through the day. On the first three days of our stay the wifi wasn't working, but then the issue was solved and we got two complimentary apartment cleanings.
Another minor thing is the shower door in the main bathroom -- the binding is broken and this should better be fixed before the door falls off.

The area of Chelsea is very nice, but infortunatelly there aren't many shops or cafes right next to the building. Most of them are located around Sloane sq or Victoria, so it's always either a 12 minute walk or a bus ride. The only supermarket that is located next to the building is very small, but you can get basic groceries there. The building concierge were always very helpful and gave us tips on transport and local venues.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would consider renting it again for our next trip to London.

GREAT PLACE AND AREA

We rented the place for three wonderful weeks. My husband and I had our children with us during the trip (5, 7 and 9) wer picked up at the airport by Ciro (the owner0 who was very cooperative and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay for many reasons but some of the contributors were the place's condition and location:
- very clean and well maintained apartment
- basic necessities were avaialble including: washing machine, kitchen utensils...
- peaceful and safe building
- close proximity to the park, the water walkways, Victoria Station
- convenient bus stop in front of the alley

The only disadvantage was the small dining table (4 chairs) since we had to drag the balcony chair in to have a family meal together.

Otherwise, the owner was very helpful and accommodating and I would certainly recommend the place to anyone wishing to have a home away from home.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION

The apartment is spacious with beautiful light and clean. It's a secured "gated" building with management or concierge. The location is quiet and convenient, 2 minute walk to a bus stop, about 10 min walk to the Sloan Square tube station, and about 15 min walk to Victoria station. The bedrooms are very comfortable with ample closet space. The bathroom floor in the hallway gets really wet after a shower, though it dries OK by the next morning. The washing machine and dryer is very convenient to have, though it takes several hours to complete a cycle. The kitchen is pretty well equipped if you would like cook or fix something simple. The floor board along the the kitchen counter for some reason keeps falling off, but it did not interfere with cooking or using the kitchen. This apartment really feels like a comfortable home and I would stay there again.

The second bathroom has been designed as a wet area also because the apartment has an under floor heating.
