Coconut Paradise Villa is a fabulous 2 bedroom private pool villa the private gated estate of 'Coconut Paradise' with just a small handful of similar villas. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large double bed and delightful en-suite bathroom and there are twin single beds in the second bedroom. This villa also boasts a spacious open plan living room and fully equipped European style kitchen with a separate laundry room with washing machine and safe. The lounge has a TV, DVD player, cable TV and free wi-fi high speed internet connection. Large patio doors open out onto a wonderful al-fresco dining patio overlooking the bright turquoise pool, just perfect for lazy lunches and romantic dinners. The pool is fringed with 'fan palms' and 'coconut trees' as well as sun-loungers and cosy Thai style thatched sala.

Super family holiday

After staying in hotels on earlier visits to Phuket, we decided to go self catering this time. It turned out to be a very wise decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coconut Paradise Villas. The villa was nice and clean, and well equipped. Phil would be at hand if there was anything we needed or if we had any questions. As a family of three generations, it was the perfect place for us to be together. Our grandchildren could not get enough of the pool and relaxing with a cold drink by the pool in the evenings was bliss for the adults. You do need a car to be able to visit the beaches, and other places of interest. We walked a few times to the nearest restaurants, but the road is very narrow and difficult to walk in the dark with children. Be aware there are quite a few mosquitoes around, so bring some mosquito repellent.
We stayed in Rawai for nine days and then moved on to a villa in Nai Yang, which was the perfect mix of places for us.

Excellent Choice

Chris and Phil are amazing hosts and we absolutely loved this south part of the island. Very quiet and a bit of a village feel which we love. Easy access to everything and the villa is just perfect. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The Villa is at a good location. Lots of activities to do with the children. We did elephant trekking, white water rafting, Fishing.The Villa was clean, cleaning services were good. Owners absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Felt like Home to Home. Highly recommend.

Fantastic - The Perfect Place To Relax

4 of us spent 7 days in Lakeside Villa and chose it based on T/A reviews.

We weren't disappointed, everything was exactly as described. Booking and payment were handled by email without problem.

The villas are situated in beautiful tropical gardens and owners Sue & Phil have made sure everything is just right.

Our 2 b/r villa had a full kitchen with all appliances, crockery, hairdryer, washing machine, iron & board, TV plus a selection of Dvd's & books.

A "starter-pack” was supplied with: bread, milk, eggs, muffins, soft drink, beer, soda water, tea, coffee, wine, butter, jam, cereal, fruit and detergent etc, but remember, this is self-catering accommodation. Top-up supplies are your responsibility.

On check-in, Phil spent half an hour advising us on the surroundings and facilities available and we were happy to follow his recommendations.

The villas are about 10 minute walk from the restaurant/bar strip (in either direction). We found it convenient to have our own rental car (as the weather was hot & steamy).

For supplies there are a number of 7-11's within 10 minutes walk but we found the widest variety in the (non 7-11) store in the side street opposite Nikita's restaurant.

Baan Rimlay Rawai (next to Nikita's) Good
Bon Island (a feed, a Pina Colada and a great day out) Fantastic

Small Viewpoint Restaurant above Kata - Great views
Cape Promthep Restaurant - Great Sunset - Ordinary Food
Kata Mama Seafood (great beachside location) Good
Tung Ka Restaurant - Rang Hill (fantastic views over Phuket Town) Great
Nai Harn Beach (breakfast in one of the small restaurants) Good

a great place to stay in a quiet location with hosts that care - We are in our 50's/60's and loved it. It would also be a great place to take the kids.

Awesome Thailand!!

I spent a week at the Lakeside Villa and abesolutely loved my stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and very reasonable for my spoiling between contracts. I now live in Thailand as a teacher and loving every minute. I highly recommend the Coconut Paradise Villas simply for the atmosphere, your own swimming pool, the tour of Rawai and the best beaches, the food delivery(always amazing) and the service. Thanks for my first week here and making it special.
