The terrace provides the perfect place for watching the marina, ocean, and the lively walk side. Moreover, a relaxed 10 minute walk will take you to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants; perfect for dining outdoors or having the classic ‘hot chocolate and tejeringos’. And even better…you don’t need a car! So…relax and enjoy our comfortable apartment.

We stayed for two weeks in Marbella and we had the greatest of times. The flat was a big part
of the enjoyment. It is ideally located by the beach, with an outstanding view onto the marina of Marbella.
We also appreciated the fact that we could rely on the concierge in case of an emergency.
That's the place to be if you want to be at the center of Marbella day and night life.

We have no hesitation in recommending this property.The location is perfect,a step out of the gate on to the Golden Mile with an abundance of restaurants & immediate access on to the beach.
The apartment is well equiped & well maintained &is just ideal for a vacation.

Great vacation spot!

I spent a week with my girlfriend and another couple and we loved it. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach (it's literally right downstairs), the marina, restaurants, and good night spots. We loved the terrace overlooking the ocean, specially when drinking coffee in the mornings! The property was well kept and very clean, and everything we needed was already there. Great price too, could not have been better. I definitely recommend it and will probably come back next year. Thank you Pepe and Isabel!!

great appartment and ideal location

The apartment was great and very family friendly. Location was perfect being in front of the beach with many shops/restaurant near by. Apartment is big enough for 3-4 people with full kitchen facilities. Parking was OK in the local streets however you need to be patient. Pepe the consignee was a real gentlemen and spoke English. I would recommend thoroughly and certainly ideally placed for a nice break for couples or families.
