Modern apt within walking distance to Corralejo town and all amenities

Beautiful new 2 bed apt in El Sultan complex with large private roof terrace sleeping 4 within walking distance to Corralejo town, beaches, restaurants, bars and new water park. Located in a wonderful Arabic inspired complex consisting of 2 adult and 2 children's pools. Modern furnishings throughout which include a fully fitted kitchen, LCD TV, DVD, stereo, sat. TV etc. Bedrooms consist of 1 master bedroom which has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and electronic safe and 1 twin room with large chest of drawers and mirror.

Roof terrace is a sun trap with sun loungers, table and chairs. The roof has stunning views all round to Lanzarote, sand dunes, beach and complex pool area. This is a lovely apt in a lovely complex in a great town!

The apt is across the road from bars, restaurants, shops, banks and ATM machines.

Corralejo is located at the north end of Fuerteventura with daily ferry services to Lanzarote (20mins away).

This is a lovely fishing village with excellent bars and restaurants.

The apartment is minutes away from the most stunning flagged beaches. The nearest being 10 mins walk away. The new Baku water park is within 5 mins walk and has a market there every Monday and Friday.

Every water sport imaginable is available on the various beaches and you can go fishing everywhere from the harbour to the beach.

Other Activities: fishing , golf and all watersports

We chose Corraljo and this apartment because we wanted to chill - and that is exactly what we did. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very pleasant.
The town is in easy walking distance with plenty of decent restaurants to choose from.
If you have not been here before the quickest way to the town is from the back of the complex, left out of the gate to the end of the road, turn right, to the end of the road, turn left up to the roundabout and turn right; about 10 or 15 minutes. If that sounds too far then go out the front, turn right, cross the road and go up to the roundabout - Tiffanys does a good cooked breakfast and a Sunday roast fo those who are having withdrawl symptoms. The other food there is plain but good.
We were going to hire a car but found the bus services pretty good once we took the trouble to match the bus timetables to the map of the island.
The 4 kilometre sandy beach (you pass it on the way in from the airport is just outside town; and you see it from the roof terrace) is walking distance - about twenty five minutes in flipflops but much quicker by bike. There are cycle paths all around the town.
The TV/satellite/DVD equipment is good quality; English programmes on satellite are limited so if you do want to watch anything late at night whilst drinkig yet another bottle of wine it is a good idea take some DVDs.

A lovely apartment on a very nice complex,there are 4 pools ,2 of which are childrens.
All the comforts of home with a private roof terrace that is a sun trap,its about 15 min walk in to the town and a taxi back is €3.00.The apartment is clean and tidy and I would say here again

What a fantastic property. Beautifully decorated and furnished. All you could need for a self catering holiday. Full fridge, washing machine tv etc. Very spacious and contained within a secure complex with locked outer gates etc, the pools were lovely and most of the time we had them to ourselves.Note for people with kids take a lycra t-shirt if needed to protect from sunburn as we got told off when the children were wearing cotton. There were a variety of books, dvds etc but we didnt need them as occupied with all there was to do in Corralejo. The apartment has a couple of bars and restaurants and supermarkets, bakers etc nearby and the town centre is only a 10-15min stroll either way. Its only 3 euros in a taxi if the walk unwanted. The waterpark which was brilliant is only ten mins away. The roof terrace is massive and the sun was there from morning til night although we did spend most of the day at the poolside. Celine the owner could not have been more accomodating she was helpful from pre-booking right through the whole experience and no question was too trivial she answered and replied very quickly, there were people in the resort who look after the accomodation but we didnt need to call on them as everything went like clockwork.All in all a fabulous time we were there as a family but accomodation would suit all. We will definately be back. Thanks

45 minutes from the airport through stunning national park scenery.

very clean and modern apartment with a fantastic private roof terrace. It was a very quiet complex, perfect for relaxing.

the national park starts on the other side of the road to the complex so it was a very surreal view of sand dunes and mountains, a very nice change from the usual urban sprawl of modern resorts.

the complex isnt in the centre of town but the town isnt very big so it is an easy walk to the centre and to the beautiful beach.

all in all a great stay in a great location. I would definitely recommend the apartment complex and the town.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice, secure apartment

We visited in late April and had a really good holiday. There was some walking (15 - 20 mins) to get to the main centre/best restuarants but this was not really an effort and a taxi home is only £3.

There is also a supermarket, bakery, bars and a decent restaurant 2 mins down the road.

It was very quiet when we were there, which suited us, and all in all we had no complaints whatsover and the owners make all the arrangements effortless.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
