Tri level "Eden" is right on the sea, overlooking the excellent beach, large lagoon-style swimming pool and lush tropical gardens of the exclusive and private enclave of eight villas that comprise Merlin Bay. Three a/c bedrooms, one on lower level that opens to a covered terrace, generous plunge pool and private ocean front terrace. Two bedrooms on upper level, one with private balcony. Stairs from master bedroom lead up to a private roof garden terrace. "Eden" offers wonderful sea views. Steps lead down to a quiet beach where there is excellent swimming and snorkelling. Table and chairs on both upstairs and downstairs patios and lounge chairs on sun deck.

Eden on the Sea is located a short drive from Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane Hotel where 5-Star Golf, tennis and spa facilities are available.

Guests are well looked after by a friendly and efficient staff. A chef and maid/laundress and gardener, along with two security guards on property at night.
