The fully furnished apartment is located in a very quiet street in the center of Orbetello. It 'been completely restored and is composed of kitchen, living room, small dining room and bedroom loft height 1.75 (total 28 square meters). From the house you can see the Orbetello lagoon and is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heat pump for the winter. The house is equipped with everything you need including TV, dishwasher and sofa bed. no washing machine but in this country laundromat.
Car: not necessary

The apartment is located in the center of the country, and close to bars, restaurants and shops for food shopping but in a quiet location. A few steps you can take the bus to be worn comfortably in the nearby beach Feniglia.
