Built in the 1930’s by a prominent businessman of Mykonian descent, this magnificent villa is considered the most prestigious on the island and ideally located only two steps away for the heart of Mykonos town.

It was fully renovated in 2005 by his granddaughter who updated it with the most modern amenities, while keeping a glamorous 1930’s style.

The property - enclosed by a long high wall, is surrounded by a unique 5500sqm garden of beautiful trees and flowers providing complete relaxation and privacy. The upstairs terrace offers amazing views of Mykonos port, Tinos Island and incredible sunsets: a spectacular experience.

The ground floor comprises of a large double living room - each with fireplace – tastefully decorated with soft-colour fabrics, antique and contemporary furnishings. Both rooms have with direct access to the veranda and garden. A large fully equipped kitchen leads to a separate side terrace surrounded by an olive grove for refreshing evening dinners. The first guest bedroom with fireplace and ensuite bathroom is located opposite to the kitchen. A grand stairway leads up to a well-appointed hallway, revealing original 1930’s hand-painted tiles and three other spacious bedrooms with terrace views. Two more garden bedrooms, below the main part of the house, have separate entrances and direct access to the flourishing garden and veranda. Ample space, high ceilings and overall soothing décor, all within a privileged setting provide guests a restful and unforgettable stay.

This villa sleeps 12 people.

Security Deposit €2,000.

A two week stay is required, anything less than that may incur a 10%- 15% surcharge, depending on the time of year.
