Recently renovated farmhouse, divided into two independent apartments, but let as one unit. Panoramic position, 3 km from Casole d'Elsa, lovely small town at the edge of the Chianti region. Made of stone, the house has maintained its rural architecture with terracotta flooring and partly exposed wooden beams. It is especially suitable for a relaxing week. The furnishings are rustic style. Outdoor rooms, which border on cultivated grounds. Beautiful private swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 30 - 145 cm), furnished outdoor area for open air dinners, barbecue. There is a wonderful, panoramic and hilly road just next door, which can be followed and which leads to beautiful beaches and coasts, these are only a bit more than an hour away.

House 250 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, fully renovated in 2004, tasteful furnishings: living room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). 1 bathroom with bathtub/ shower/ bidet/ WC, 2 bathroom with shower/ bidet/ WC. On the lower ground floor: (outdoor steps) living room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and satellite-TV. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). 1 Bathroom with bath tub /bidet/ WC, 2 bathroom with shower/ bidet/ WC. Large garden. Terrace furniture, BBQ, deck chairs. Nice panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking by the house.
