Privately owned and managed luxury condominium at the Glitter Bay Estate, St James, located on the ground floor of the Begonia Block. The living area is air conditioned and features clay tile floors, leading through to double patio with view of the garden and pool. Kitchen has granite countertops and modern appliances.

Additional Amenities: well maintained tropical gardens, maintenance service, 24-hr security in an exclusive gated community and concierge service and bar for beach facility.
