Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKING CONDITIONS: On booking an initial deposit equivalent to 25% of the total rental due should be paid into our UK account. We will confirm receipt of your funds by email.
    BALANCE: The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before the check-date.
    SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a security deposit equivalent to 600 Euro to be paid at check-in cash. We will accept other currencies such as GBP, US$, Baht etc. This will be returned less any breakage on check-out.
  • YOUR PEACE OF MIND: For your peace of mind please note that we have been renting this villa with Holiday Rentals since November 2007. We operate a UK bank account with Royal Bank of Scotland under the owners name and will be pleased to provide such references.
  • AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Rental costs include costs of transfers both ways to Phuket Airport by luxury minibus.

The single level design links all rooms to a well shaded poolside area but also provides opportunity for individual privacy. It is located in an upscale area close to the beach providing absolute privacy, quiet and security. The villa is ideal for a large family or a small group to share a private and peaceful break. The huge 18M swimming pool is the focal point for fun and relaxation. It is well shaded and ventilated , overlooking a mountain range. The second swimming pool of 65M2 has a large shallow area which provides a safe and fun place for young children to enjoy. Sunset over the mountains transforms the Villa and at night the lighting and tropical environment will create an unforgettable atmosphere to relax and enjoy dinner beside the pool.

LUXURY AND SPACE:: Luxury and space were the essential design themes, from the lounge at 95M2 to the largest bedroom suite at 45M2. There are 5 large bedroom suites and a single bedroom. This provides very comfortable accommodation for 13 people or more with young children sharing with parents. All bedrooms have AC with ceiling fans

5* Luxury at Phukets best kept secret

... though probably not a secret for too much longer! We were a wedding party of 5 & stayed here after the service in a nearby 'mega star' hotel and while it was first class luxury all the way, we all agree we were most blown away by our stay here. in UK owner John's STUNNING home and the superb gardens. The attention to detail was first class; the house & facilities were first class John's local knowledge was first class; and the wonderful meals he & Dou arranged for us was, you guess it - first class. Don't waste your time booking anywhere else if you are looking for a relaxing home from home holiday without hotel restrictions. And if you want the fridge stocked just ask, the man does it all. Book NOW ... !!

Wow, what a fantastic villa

We were a family group of 7 adults. Mum, Dad, 3 grown up children and two partners and we stayed at this splendid villa from 30th december until 6th January.
This property lived up to its description and more. Extremely spacious lounge area, with the majority of rooms overlooking the splendid pools and gardens.
John, the owner, kindly drove my husband and I around on the first day to show us placed to go with our family, restaurants, beaches, beauty spots etc.
Talk about going the extra mile - John exeeded this, nothing was too much bother, he booked local restaurants for us, organised transport, kept the fridge filled with food and drinks, we wanted for nothing. He even organised a birthday cake for our son who celebrated his birthday while we were there.
Maids came in each day to clean the villa, it was always absolutely immaculate, as were the pools and gardens. The gardens and pool were also tended each day. Everything about this luxury villa was pristine.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this superb property.
We would recommend hiring a car to make the most of the surrounding areas.
