New! Elegantly decorated this charming apartment is on the 5th floor (with lift!) of a XIX century building, outstandingly located in the city centre.

There you'll find a modern and bright apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with shower) a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living and dining room. To fully enjoy the city, take some time to rest and have a drink in the fantastic terrace overlooking the ceilings of the trendy Chiado's neighbourhood. Or begin the day with a refreshing and energizing breakfast in the terrace.

From there you can fully explore the city as it is at walking distance from the main interest points in Lisbon, or you can take the metro or tram, less than 5 min from the apartment.

Ideal for 2 or 4 people! (possible to put an extra bed in one of the bedroom and accommodate 5).

Satellite TV and broad-band Internet WiFi are included at no extra cost. Towels and linen provided.

Near the metro station and the train to beaches: The metro station of Baixa/Chiado is just a block away from the apartment (less than 5 min walking) and at 600 m you have the Cais do Sodré train station with direct trains to Cascais and Estoril coast and their sunny beaches.

perfect short break

We went to Lisbon for the first time for a short spring break. Besides the beauty of the city and perfect warm weather, we were very delighted by apartment itself. It's exactly lik eyou see it on pictures - spotless clean, very cozy and charming. It's not very big in size but it's enough for a group of four. Kitchen has everything you need (including coffe, sugar, salt'n'pepper, olive oil). Welcoming bottle of Portugese green wine was very much appreciated:) Terrace is just a real gift - for having breakfast of a drink in the evening. Having elevator is another advantage you appreciate when taking full bags upstairs.

Location is just perfect - 5 min walk to 2 supermarkets, 50 m to metro and tram 28, 75 m to shopping district and right in the middle of all attractions. Ask Fatima to show you secret window view to the St. Jorge hill:) When reserving we had 3 options to choose from and Fatima's recommendation worked out the best. This apartment was really the best choice.

Fatima met us at our arrival - was extremely helpful in explaining us what to see and what to do, ordering us taxi to airport, etc. - all sort of advice for the fist time inj Lisbon travellers, we are very thankful for that.

We spent 5 beautiful days in a gourgeous city, covered most of attractions and looking forwards on coming back. And we know which apartment to choose!

More than lived up to expectations

This delightful top floor apartment more than lived up to expectations. It is just as the photographs on the webpage; small yet spacious, beautifully decorated & furnished, modern yet homely. The kitchen is extremely small, however has all the necessary equipment to prepare meals if you wished. The apartment is centrally located with easy access to restaurants, shops, tourist sites and transport. Despite its central location it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We were met by Eduardo, one of the owners, who was welcoming and gave lots of information on his beautiful city. Eduardo and the other owners were always contactable to provide information, advice or support.
I would certainly return to Lisbon and this apartment, which I highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Lisbon

We immediately felt at home in this apartment. Nicely furnished, clean and very well equipped. Lovely roof terrace. Perfect location! The next metro is just opposite the house. Lots of restaurants and Cafes are nearby. A really charming area. Many sights you can explore by walking.
The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and gave us great recommendations that made it much easier for us to see everything we wanted to.
We can highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back one day. We'll certainly recommend it to all our friends who want to travel to Lisbon.

Por la atención que nos brindó Fátima, por su amabilidad, por el piso tan estupendo en el que no falta un detalle, la situación céntrica del mismo, su coqueta terraza, su secreto (que no voy a desvelar, descubrirlo por vosotros mismos) por todo ello, ¡inmejorable!
Seguro que repetimos...

We had a wonderful stay at the Baixa Chiado Apartment. It was very clean, everything was well maintained. Very accurate description. The terrace is bigger than it seems in the pictures.
The location is the best you can get, close to all the important objectives in Lisbon.

Fatima was very nice and helpful, providing all the necessary information when we arrived.

I would strongly recommend it to all my friends and relatives.
