New! Three bright and full of sunshine apartments with river view! Some of the few in the most typical neighbourhood of Lisbon with structure to receive small groups or families.

REMEDIOS I and III

2 of the apartments (Remedios I and Remedios III) are on the same builiding. In the 2nd floor and 3rd floor (no lift) of a traditional building, you'll find 2 modern and spacious apartment, one with 3 bedrooms, the other with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in each apartment, fully equipped kitchens, and comfortable living and dining rooms with river view!

High ceilings and decorated walls on Remedios I and III: The high ceilings (3,30 m) , big windows to the river and decorated walls gives these apartments a very special brightness and charm.

In the historic area these apartment were all remodelled to assure that families or groups would be perfectly comfortable: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower in one and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub the others with shower).

In each apartment two of the bedrooms have view to the river!

Living rooms with view to the river!: From the spacious and modernly decorated living rooms you can admire the river Tejo and the boats passing by in the estuary known as 'Sea of Straw' due to the wonderful golden colours it gets with the sun rising every morning!

Remedios I : 3 bedrooms - Ideal for 6 but up to 10 people can sleep in it maintaining some comfort.

Remedios III : 4 bedroom - Ideal for 8 but up to 12 people can sleep in it maintaining some comfort.

Satellite TV and broad-band Internet WiFi are included at no extra cost. Towels and linen provided.

REMEDIOS II

At 1 minute distance in another building there is Remedios II, a 2 bedroom apartment with river and pier view from the main bedroom.

2 bedrooms (one without windows, teh other with a fantastic river view!), one living and dining room, a bathroom and a kitchen equipped

A bright and sunny apartment with river view! Perfect for groups or families. On the 2nd floor (no lift) of a traditional building, a modern and spacious apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with shower) a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining room with river view ! Two of the bedrooms also have river view! One bedroom has a double bed. The other 2 can be preapared with double bed or single beds. Extra beds can be added and it can accomodate up to 10 people without using the living room.

Great location in the Alfama

You cannot beat this location which is an easy walk to the train station and metro and bus lines, has great views of the harbor, and is very nearby to churches, open markets, restaurants, wine shops, grocery stores, butchers, fish sellers, and clubs. Just walking along the streets in the evenings is a great way to end the day. The apartment is clean and well equipped and was able to easily accommodate 6 adults and one very active child. We would definitely come back again.

Awesome place! Great location. Perfect for groups

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. Fatima is a wonderful hostess, she had great suggestions and helpful tips. The furnishings are lovely, everything is brand new as they just completed the renovations. The kitchen has everything you need (including a washer and dryer). The three bathrooms were a huge plus for us as we were two families traveling with three teenage girls between us!

The location is fantastic. The train station and metro are right around the corner along with the supermarket. You wont need a car. Alfama is a lovely place to stay, the old town is magical. We were lucky enough to be there during the St. Jao festival, all the streets were decorated, and in the evening the local restaurants were grilling fish and selling sangria from outdoor booths. The air was filled with wonderful smells and a celebratory feeling.

I highly recommend this property!!!
We will be back!

PS - definitely make the day trip to Sintra and hike up to the Moorish castle.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
