New apartment construction, the complex has a swimming pool for adults and children, playground and parking. Being a ground floor is ideal to go with children, with only one step down takes you to the common area. The terrace also has outdoor furniture (table, chairs, parasol, deckchairs) has southeast orientation (afternoon shade) which makes it perfect to enjoy it since noon. During the summer months a bus passes every 20-30 minutes into the center of Peniscola. It features the following amenities: washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, small appliances (juicer, toaster, blender), TV, DVD, iron, high chair, travel cot, baby bath.

Situated in Sierra de Irta, considered one of the most fascinating natural parks of the peninsula. At 600 meters areas of coves and only 3. 5 km from the center of Peniscola. Ideal for hiking, biking. Located in the urbanization Font Nova, where you can find supermarket, café, restaurants, ability to access the sports complex with pool and tennis courts.
