His apartment, modern and spacious, has a double bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, TV-LCD satellite TV, wi-fi. The main theme parks: Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland etc are within the dual carriageway in less than 10 minutes away by car.
