The apartment is part of a prestigious seaside villa, located on the promontory of Cleavages, a couple of kilometers north of Gaeta (Lt). Access to the apartment is independent and has a driveway for 2 cars with private gate. From the driveway there is also access to a small garden behind the villa. Once in the hall we find the bedroom area on the right, with a room of about 20 sqm with security window which overlooks the rear garden and adjoining private bathroom with a view of the terrace. On the left, however, we find the children's area (guests) with a bathroom and a bedroom with security window overlooking the garden of the villa and the sea. It is equipped with a single bed and a bunk bed. Going straight, finally, leads to the living room about 30 m² with sofa, 6 seater table and kitchenette with fridge, etc.. The living room leads to a large terrace overlooking the sea with breathtaking views of the Pontine Islands of Ischia and the Circeo.
Around the villa: The villa is located within a complex of 12 villas, located on the promontory of Cleavages. The Villas overlook discreetly on the edge of an asphalt driveway that runs almost to the edge of the cliff. They are partially hidden by thick hedges and shaded by pine trees more than a decade, thus ensuring the peace and privacy that this place inspires. The area is fenced and closed by a gate in combination, during the summer is subject to supervision by private police. The cape is accessed directly from ss 213 (Flacca) that combines Gaeta in Rome, Via Latina. The promontory of Cleavages is flanked by 2 white sandy arena: the Aryan, set among the Cleavages and the Tower Purple and equipped with bathing establishments with parking and restaurants, and the beach of Cleavages, smaller, also equipped with services , connects to the seemingly endless beach that culminates with the Aeneas Landing Resort.
The places to see: first of Gaeta, with its history: the siege of the fortress and the Bourbons, the mausoleum of Municio Plancus, the Cathedral of St. Erasmus, the medieval citadel and alleys of Independence Street. Then Gaeta of the kitchen, the fish market, the marina and chalets in the square.

We provide you with loungers and chairs for outdoor and all the furniture inside, as well as the availability of electricity, water and gas for cooking. We will show you the access to the sea, two for the two side beaches and one through the steps leading to the cliff. We leave you a couple of emergency numbers for any unforeseen events and, above all, we recommend that you take life with phlegm, rest, sleep, swim, and not distract you think about all the boring things you have left at home.
