Villa Kerithium is located within the Parenthesis Villa Resort, just above Villa Neptunea, overlooking Agios Ioannis beach and sea. The property has own private entrance and large parking space for guests. A stone pathway starts from the entrance level where the swimming pool is located and leads up to the villa via a gorgeous garden.

The main floor consists of a combined large sitting and formal dining space, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with terrace, outdoor BBQ and dining area. A very large suite-style master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor, while two other bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sea views are located on the upper floor. An extra bedroom for two more guests with separate entrance and en-suite bathroom is directly next to the main villa.

The beautiful bean-shaped waterfront pool is surrounded by a cacti garden and natural rocks, a few steps below the property. It features a large terrace with a wide pergola, outdoor dining and entertaining area. The property is conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Kapari beach and enjoys a particularly wind-sheltered location without compromising its stunning views over Delos Island.

When rented along with neighboring villa Neptunea, Kerithium is an ideal location for two families looking for properties with private outdoor area and pool.
