1-bedroom apt, well equipped, warm and cosy, cental location, great views

This apartment is located on the top floor with lift access. The interior decor is colourful and varies from room to room. The living room has a more modern feel using strong red tones and darker wooden furnishings, contrasted by the ornamental fireplace, big cosy sofa and the creamy tones of the surrounding walls. The kitchen is just off the living room, decorated using citrus tones and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals whilst on holiday. The bedroom is lovely, has lots of storage space and is decorated using an earthier mix of terracotta tones, wooden touches and green indoor plants. You can enjoy lovely views from the balcony over St. Patrick's Cathedral, the park and, at the right time of year, the St. Patrick's Day parade! The location is unrivalled, close to all major local and national bus and train routes, the tram lines and the city bus tour routes pass right by the front door! Great value in a superb location!

We had a lovely time in the apartment and it suited all our needs. In the morning we were able to cook a decent breakfast before heading into town. Everything we needed was within walking range and let's not forget the amazing view! Also, finally a bed that's big enough to comfortably sleep two persons! Definitely in the top three of the best holiday homes we stayed at and I'm sure we will return some day.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment. It was the highlight of our trip. Damien was so helpful to us in locating an adapter and made three special trips to the apartment, even took us back to the airport. That was so nice of him, being so busy himself. Thank you again for everything. Hopefully, we can return again soon.

Fantastic location, great value and service

We enjoyed our 15 day stay at the one bedroom apartment located on Patrick Street, Dublin, Ireland. It was clean, convenient and had easy access to everything in Dublin. Numerous Dublin bus routes ran by apartment every 5 minutes to City Centre, which was only 8 minutes by bus. The apartment's location offered easy walking to most of central Dublin, plus the view from the apartment was stunning. We enjoyed excellent customer service from the owner, Ross, and his staff members, Grainne and Damien. They were very helpful and assisted with all our housing needs. Damien went above and beyond and even took us on a tour on our way back to the airport. We have already recommended this property to our friends and relatives and planning on returning as soon as we can. We enjoyed The Brazen Head pub, which was nearby and also the many bakeries, shops and stores all within walking distance. We had the best time there-- wonderful experience!!

beautiful, comfortable, great location

I rented this apartment for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it. The view from this apartment is exceptional. There is no need for a clock in the apartment as you only need to glance out the window to the clock on the side of St. Patrick's Cathedral. Even on days when I felt like staying home I still felt like I was touring the sites just by looking out the window. It is a short walk from the apartment to get to Temple Bar or Grafton St. both of which are great places to hang out.
The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. You will absolutely feel at home.
Booking this apartment was very easy and Ross kept in touch with me regularly until my arrival.
I can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Great location - wonderful service.

The apartment was warm and comfortable and ideally located for me as I wanted to spend time in the "Cathedral District" and hear some wonderful choir and organ music at St Patrick's and Christchurch cathedrals - superb!
Damien and Lora were wonderful help on arrival and with dinner recommendations
and also with a failed rental car battery problem on my departure. (0 out of 10 to Europcar). They went the extra mile - much appreciated.

Great location and super value for the money

This clean and cosy apartment was situated exactly across the street from St. Patrick's Cathedral. The bldg was quiet and the location was within walking distance to many great sites. It was everything we hoped for! The owner was very responsive to questions upon booking. The only complaint we had was that the advertised parking space was not available because the owner went out of town and left someone else in charge without telling him that we had a rental (we let him know this upon booking). Parking around the apt is expensive (3 Euro/hour), and we had to keep feeding the meter and timing up our departures which was frustrating to have that hanging over your head during a vacation. Thankfully we visited during the Bank Holiday weekend and only had to pay for half the weekend. Otherwise we were pleased.

Great value for money in a superb location! This is a super top floor apartment with lots of nearby convenience stores, cafes, vintage clothing stores and has fantastic views over Saint Patrick's Cathedral and the adjoining park, filled with colourful flowers all year round. The Guinness Storehouse is an easy 15-minute walk away or there is a bus route at the top of the street which will have you there in a matter of minutes. The major shopping streets of Dublin, namely Grafton Street and its offshoots are less than a 10-minutes walk away. Also closeby are some very good dining streets such as South William St. and Dawson St. offering a variety of world cuisine and finer dining settings. Temple Bar, the main cultural quarter of Dublin, filled with cobblestone streets, music and street performers, morning and weekend markets and lined by good bars, great restaurants and clothing stores, is less than ten minutes away and offers entertainment for every occasion!
