The apartment makes a great first impression having tiled floors throughout, a fresh and contemporary white and red colour scheme and the sheen of new furnishings. The views from the balcony are absolutely spectacular looking out over Monaco Port filled with super yachts, across the the old town of Monaco and the Prince's Palace, and out to the Mediterranean horizon, all of which you can enjoy over a a freshly brewed morning coffee on the al fresco dining table. You also have views of the Rascasse corner and the pit garages of the F1 circuit making this the perfect holiday rental during the Monaco GP.

The living area has a spacious, open plan arrangement where the kitchen, which is practical and well equipped, is conveniently tucked away beside the indoor dining table with seating for 4. There is a comfy red sofa with a nice little coffee table facing the flat-screen TV. The sofa unfolds into a double bed for extra guest and folds away again for extra space during the daytime.

This is a great holiday rental option for a family of 4, couples travelling together or for business guests. For the families, Larvotto Beach is a great place to go which has calm, shallow waters, designated kids play areas and ice-cream parlours. There are also plenty of parklands with beauiful gardens in which to enjoy a family picnic. Kids will also be impressed by all the super yachts down by Port Hercule and the designer cars on the streets and if they want a more interactive experience, there is a great supervised play/games room in Stars n Bars on Quai Antoine 1er.

If you're in town on pleasure you should come to enjoy the events that are held throughout the year such as the Monaco Grand Prix when the streets are alive with activity, music and a fun atmosphere drifting out from every bar and café. For a night on the town, you'll find fancy cocktail lounges and great nightclubs in Casino Square, around the Port or along Avenue Princess Grace which are open 'til dawn.

The apartment offers business guests flexible sleeping arrangements and a great location just minutes from the Monaco border, perfectly positioned for anyone making their way to the conferences or exhibitions in the Grimaldi Forum. There are also a wide variety of restaurants close by within Beausoleil and Monaco alike should you need to attend or hold business dinners. Also, you are provided with a parking space.

Beausoleil is a beautiful town on the French side of the France-Monaco border, which some people call a 'balcony' town due to its stunning views over the Principality of Monaco which lies beneath. This is made evident by the incredible views from the balcony of the apartment which looks out over the rooftops of Monaco, over Monaco Port and the Mediterranean and as far as the Prince's Palace in the old town.

Beausoleil is a very pretty town filled with beautiful Belle Eqoque buildings, boutique stores and has a lovely old town with cafés along its winding streets and steps which criss-cross the Monaco border. Casino Square is just a few minutes walk away where you'll find the Casino made famous in the James Bond movies as well as Café de Paris which is the place to be seen when in Monaco where you'll often spot a celebrity.

The Gare de Monaco is your nearest train station just a few minutes away on foot offering you connections west along the French coast or east into Italy.
