Notes

• Prices are for the whole accommodation up to 13 people. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Deposit € 250.00 to 1000, depending on the number of people and to its intended use. The return of the deposit is made by wire transfer within 72 hours of leaving home to an account holder of the reservation. The reserve will be entering the 20% of the total amount of the booking by bank transfer. The balance on arrival at the house, except during the months of July and August that the remaining amount will be paid 30 days before the date of booking. The house can not be occupied by a greater number of people to contract. This may involve the loss of the deposit.
• For final confirmation of your booking, you must enter 20% (non-refundable) by bank transfer to an account that will be sent once the reservation. You then send the transfer receipt by fax.
