We are booking up for the rest of ski season, but would love to have you as our guests for the remaining dates available in the ski season. **TIP** -- Saturday is the most common arrival and departure date. Keeping your stay within a Saturday to Saturday timeframe is much preferred and will get you the best rates
We are filled up until a 3/23 or later arrival. But come join us for late spring skiing--we're getting great snow and the rest of the season is looking good!

The 2012-2013 season was our best ever! Despite the lack of a lot of large 12-24' powder dumps, our guests reported very nice skiing and excellent weather conditions--and much better than the previous year. We were excited to see many returning guests, and thank all of you for choosing us again when you come to Park City/Deer Valley.
For our ski season guests, I will quote you all inclusive rates for your stay...we do not charge any booking or reservation fees, and all tax and cleaning fees are included. Consider your *total* cost when shopping around as tax and fees often add up to 15% on top of the nightly rate you are quoted.
We moved here full time 2 years ago and are now locals, so I can help you with anything you need or questions you may have. When you rent with us, I provide a very thorough Guest Guide with all the information you will need about the townhouse, location, our favorite places to eat, where to rent skis, childcare...virtually anything you may need!
THE BEST LOCATION. This newer 2 on a lot townhouse is centrally located in lower Deer Valley on Rossie Hill, which overlooks Main Street on the east side. The quiet section of this street has only about 7 houses, an unobstructed view of April Mountain, and is just a short 5 minute walk to Main Street with hiking/snowshoeing trails just above. Beautifully finished with a combination of unique mountain style and the latest entertainment technology, this home will be comfortable and accessible for your ski or summer vacation.

This house has some of the best entertainment technology you'll find. The Living Room sports a 51' Plasma 3D internet enabled HDTV with Blu-Ray DVD player, HD digital cable and an Altec Lansing iPod player & speaker system. The house is equipped with free high-speed Wi-fi wireless internet access so you keep in touch on vacation or work while you play. Master bedroom has a 42' flatscreen LCD HDTV with DVD and HD digital cable. Both the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have new wall-mounted 37' and 32' flatscreen LCD HDTVs.
Expanded Comcast cable includes premium channels and all of it's OnDemand content, all in HD. FREE Local and Long Distance calling to US.
Located on a quiet residential street, you're just a 5 minute walk down Shorty's Stairs to the heart of Park City's historic Main Street. There you will find great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Park City's FREE bus system is a mere 5 minute walk--either to the base of our hill or the main downtown shuttle station. This can take you all over town--to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and the Canyons...even to the Outlet Malls near the freeway.
We live locally and maintain the property to the highest standards--with an eye on SAFETY and CLEANLINESS.

I was born in Chicago, and my wife in Arizona. We both moved to Southern California 17 years ago, and in 2011 moved the family full time to Park City. We have two young sons and an even younger daughter, and enjoy watching them grow--and they're already tearing it up on the skis!
I first discovered Utah 16 years ago while traveling on business and quickly fell in love with it. My wife and I spent a lot of time before the Olympics in Park City and Deer Valley with family, and got to take in the Olympic trials and then the 2002 Games. After selling an investment property in SoCal, we decided Park City would be a great place to put the money. The proximity to Salt Lake City and the airport make it a much better destination than Mammoth or Colorado, and our specific location to Main Street Park City is wonderful. Walk to the shops and restaurants, or run/hike/snowshoe in the trails surrounding Rossie Hill.
One of the best features about our property is the location--it can't be beat. We're a 5 minute walk to the heart of Main Street, yet our street has very few houses on it and feels like you are in the country. There is almost no traffic, and there are unobstructed views north towards April Mountain. There is truly nowhere else where you can be so close to the amenities of downtown without the density and parking problems. You can walk to the free shuttle stop down the hill, but I personally recommend renting a car no matter where you stay in Park City/Deer Valley due to the town's layout.
While the townhouse is only about 10 years old, we are continually updating and enhancing it. Recent upgrades include a water softener, new carpet throughout, heated floor in the kitchen, a new HD flatscreen in the Living room, HD flatscreen television in the 3rd bedroom, a leather sectional and ottoman in the Living Room, newer area rugs, and an alcove with a bench in the laundry room for removing wet boots and coats.
We listen to our guests comments and requests, and use that to improve the place for each subsequent season.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the nature of vacation rentals, reservation cancellations will forfeit all payment unless another guest can be booked (15% fee will apply).
