The apartment has views of the sea, mountains, gardens and pools of Villa Gadea. You can go to the beaches on foot. The urbanization surrounded by beautiful mountains, it has 50,000 m² of magnificent gardens and 24 hour security service.

Accommodation with Italian marble floors, automatic blinds, air conditioning, hot-cold, radiant heating throughout the soil surface, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, hydromassage shower cabin. Bbathroom are coverd with Italian marble. In the house there is video intercom connected to the security service.

The kitchen has marble counter tops, designer Siematic furniture, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen there is a gallery with a sink, a washing machine and a clothesline.

The lounge has a dining room and living area with LCD TV. The terrace is furnished and has outdoor jacuzzi available.

Notes: The living room and the main bedroom have double windows overlooking a private terrace with lovely views. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, wardrobe and balcony. Both bedrooms have mattresses and bed linen of high quality. All rooms are decorated for a pleasant and comfortable use and its walls have quality paintings.

Great apartment in a really nice complex

This is a villa in a really nice complex. The complex is very secure with 24 hour security on the only real entrance, so it is very good for families with teenagers who want to wander off and not be with their embarrasing parents ! The villa itself was very clean with everything you would need during your stay. Within 5 mins walking distance are a couple of beach cafes and also a couple of good restaurants and bars, although make sure you can speak the odd word of Spanish as English was not widely spoken. By car you can easily drive to Benedorm, or to the great beaches at Calpe or Moreira, and the villa comes with an underground car parking space to ensure safety and that it doesn't get too hot. In conclusion this villa was worth the little extra it costs and I would defineately recommend it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
