The African Sapphire Villa is ideal for those looking for two Master Suites. A handicapped accessible 12,000 square foot villa with 6 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and two additional powder rooms for a total of 8 bathrooms.
The living and dining space is ideal for a group of friends, one or two families vacationing together, or other larger groups. As you enter the main room you will be amazed at the sheer size with luscious views of the Caribbean Sea and St Martin from all directions. A dining room for 18 people is one of the focal points to the room that has many varied areas for relaxing, talking to your friends or just resting your eyes while listening to music from the resort's musical collection. From the balcony you will be see your private 18’ x 45’ pool with a bridge extending from the 2nd floor over the center of the pool complete with a "floating" Jacuzzi for an experience to remember.
The entertainment pieces in the villa are of the highest quality. The handmade stainless steel Blatt billiard table is one of the highlights of the room complete with a home theatre offering a TV, DVD, Video projector system bringing movies and sporting events to life for all to enjoy. In addition to the adult areas, the villa has a children’s playroom to keep the younger ones challenged and having fun.
Relax and enjoy the stereo system throughout the villa on 23 speakers throughout 7 regions with a CD library with thousands of titles.
There are two Master Bedrooms, each decorated with the finest amenities. The ensuite bathrooms are surrounded by carefully selected Travertine marble placed in this architecturally exciting bathroom. As you immerse yourself in the Jacuzzi for two you can watch television, listen to music. Enjoy the walk-in shower also designed to accommodate a couple. The skylights create natural lighting and stargazing from the Jacuzzi.
Each Master Suite has an attached fourth floor balcony that includes a private bar area, office or a optional crib for babies. The complete wet bar has marble finishes and offers exceptional views of St. Martin and the beach area. The office is complete with a personal computer including Internet access and printer. The office also includes an “in villa" fax machine to send and receive confidential faxes.
The four guest bedrooms each have direct views of the sea and St Martin and have a full en-suite bathroom swathed in Travertine marble and a specially designed vertical spa system and tub designed for two. Each bedroom has a TV with DVD and Internet access.
The villa includes a self contained gym featuring all the newest equipment.
A personal butler with 8 other dedicated staff (chef available if meal plan selected) caters to guest every need. Daily continental breakfast, evening canapes, mineral water, coffee and tea. There are 2 tennis courts, with basketball hoops, and 1 volleyball court shared by the 3 villas at Altamer.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a 7 night minimum year round except over Christmas/New Years when a 14 night stay is required. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
