Photos and Description of the Varna vacation rental 5 Bedroom villa with air conditioning and outside BBQ area

Palm Tree villa is a new build detached villa with 5 bedrooms (2 double, 2 with twin beds and 1 with bunk bed and a single bed) and 2 shower rooms. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is all open plan with windows from floor to ceiling giving fantastic views over the black sea. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, cooker, washing machine dishwasher and microwave. In the lounge area there is a TV with DVD player, CD player and Playstation 2 with a selection of games, C.D.'s and DVDs. Outside there is a large private pool and impressive covered BBQ area, with POOL TABLE. Also outside is a MINI CRAZY GOLF COURSE. The villa is situated on a hillside (hence the stunning views) overlooking the sea.

The Villa is situated between Albena and Balchik and is on a hillside overlooking the sea. It is approx. 50 metres to the local shop and then a further 250 metres (downhill) to the nearest bar/restaurant. ALBENA resort is a mere 2.5km away, with a fabulous beach, superb range of water sports and great choice of bars/restaurants and for the children a funfair, mini train, mini golf and trampolines. BALCHIK a traditional seaside/harbour village is approx. 8km away. GOLDEN SANDS resort is approx. 10km away with its fine golden sandy beach, good restaurants and a lively choice of nightlife.

No surprise. Even better than expected !
I strongly recommend this villa to anyone who's seeking for high quality and a wide range of features.
Hiring a car is strongly advisable to free your move further than Albena (pretty cheap).

Sweet and quiet neighborhood !

We had a wonderful time with the ability to lock ourselves away for swimming and sunbathing but with exploring as the sun went downs. The villa was so home from home with all the little touches that made it special. The pool table was a real assett with a budding player aged 9! The BBQ was a godsend when feeding teenagers.

A fantastic place for adults and kids alike.
