Photos and Description of the Estepona Port & Town vacation villa rental Electronic gated driveway, lovely gardens villa only 4 years old.

This beautiful high quality villa is ideally located just 100 metres from the beach just 3km outside the town of Estepona and the port. The villa is only 4 years old and is built to a very high standard. The rooms throughout the house are large, airy and spacious. The main entrance of the villa leads into the hallway. From here there is a downstairs bathroom, the lounge with dining area, the kitchen and the stairway leading upstairs. Upstairs has three bedrooms with the master bedroom en suite and a third full bathroom shared by the further two upstairs bedrooms. There is a lovely terrace with magnificent sea views leading from one of the bedrooms. The garden runs all the way around the villa and the private pool is set to side of the villa by the terrace. The gardens has many tropical plants and palm trees. The villa is completely secured by a high wall that runs around the perimeter of the garden - good for children.

The villa is located 3km west of Estepona town centre in the direction of Gibraltar. It is in a very quiet urbanisation called Arroyo Vaquero which comprises of only large villas. The villa is located about 75 - 100 metres from the sandy beaches of Estepona. There is a beach bar here (Cheringuito) a few minutes from the villa - ideal for evening drinks or somewhere to relax during the day (high season). The walk into Estepona Town takes about 40 minutes along the beach. The nearby beach is sandy with a beach bar or 'Cheringito' located just a few metres away. Here it is possible to to stop and buy lunch, snacks and drinks until the sun sets. (normally open during the extended summer month period only) There is a another snack and drink bar 700 metres further along the beach which is mainly aimed at serving a small but popular local naturist beach. Notes: The furnishing uses a lot of traditional Spanish wood giving the villa a more rustic and friendly feel. The woods used are of a very high standard. I feel this does not show very well in the photographs. The beach is sandy. There is also a beach bar 'Cheringito' a few metres away from the villa on the sea front where it is possible to but food and drink. Sorry but smoking is only allowed outside in the garden or terrace and not within the house. ADSL access is provided for EURO 70.00 per week, which includes 1Gb of download. There is a new dining table with six chairs on the terrace for dining.

Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday. Come to Estepona …. It’s a dream!
