Fully refurbished in June 2007, the house is accessed through a quiet square in the old center of Ibiza, and faces the famous Calle de la Virgen, heart of the town night-life. Located by the port, perfectly communicated via ferry with Formentera. Ground floor: Fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven/stove, fridge, washing machine and counter with 3 stools. Modern bathroom with shower. Spacious living and dining room, table with 6 chairs, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, loudspeaker dock for iPod, big sofa and a balcony with a view to the port. Air-conditioning.1st floor: One bedroom with king-size bed and balcony with views to the square, Dalt Vila (World Heritage Site) and the Cathedral. Air-conditioning. Another bedroom with 3/4 beds. The balcony at this room offers a view of the port. Air-conditioning. Two spacious cupboards. The house is located in La Marina, quarter with the best and most original fashion and accessory shops. Every night it is the venue of a colorful Hippy market with lots of stalls. Boats and ferries leave daily from the port to the beaches of Talamanca, Figueretas, Platja de´n Bossa and Formentera island. A must for celebrities because of the night-clubs, bars and restaurants that are the right appetizer before discotheques. You can walk to the historic centre of Dalt Vila, World Heritage Site. This is the place to be if you want to know what Ibiza style is.

My friend and I stayed at Xavier’s house last week. I’ve personally been to Ibiza many times before, but generally stayed in villas closer to San Antonio. So this was the first time I’d stayed in the Old Town. Without trying to use too many superlatives, I have to say this is the most enjoyable time I’ve ever had in Ibiza and the house made a significant contribution to this. The lounge, kitchen and bathrooms were more than ample, and the bedrooms were again exceptionally comfortable. However all these things aside the roof terrace is what made the property – watching the sun rise/ set, having meals up there and relaxing – quite simply stunning. In terms of location there are a number of excellent restaurants in the area (one family owned one that you see at the steps approaching the house), and you are literally 5 minutes away from all the bars and main square. Watching the world go by from the balconies was also a popular past time. I think this is Ibiza proper, and until I get one of my own, I’ll certainly be using Xavier’s property again.

10/ 10 – a pleasure to make Xavier and Liszette’s acquaintance.

a hidden treasure, in the centre of ibiza old town. this fabulous town-house is only a stones-throw away from the bustling bars and restaurants, the roof terrance provides panoramic views of the harbor and the most magical sunsets, that should be enjoyed with a glass of chilled bubbly. many thanks to xavi and lisette for being both helpful and accommodating. cannot wait to revisit this little gem again.

my friends ( 3 boys and 1 girl ) and myself; we are all 18 years old, enjoyed our 1 week on ibiza...but one can say that spending time on the beautiful roof terrace of the gorgeous apartment was our favorite thing to do! You get an amazing view of the port, the Dalt Ville, Ibiza Town and the surrounding area (you can even see Amnesia and Privelege at nights which aren't that close to the port).
The house which is located RIGHT in the center of ibiza town exceeded all of our expectations.
I can only recommend Xaviers town-house apartment, it is the perfect place in ibiza town. For everbody, at every age.

We will definitely come back!!!

If you want a sophisticated break, right in the heart of Ibiza Town then this place is perfect. It is beautifully furnished and the roof terrace is amazing. Can't imagine a better view in Eivissa. Xavi and Carmen are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt on meeting, for both arrival and departure. Highly recommended.

This property is a perfect location for those who want to combine relax and have an active night. Right in the hart of Ibiza Town and a great view over the harbour and the old city. The property was well maintained, nice clean and a good arrival service. Big surprise were the bathrooms with non-Spanish high showers, and ofcourse the great sunroof wich will kept us away from the beach. Enough bars and restaurants right outside the door whithin a few steps, so will come back for sure.
