Additional information about rental rates

• We would like to ask you kindly to make a deposit of 50% of the rental rate to secure your reservation and the remainder is due to be paid up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
  When your booking is made within less than 6 weeks of your arrival, the complete payment is required and it is non-refundable.
  The deposit can only be reimbursed when the cancellation of your reservation is made until 90 days prior to your arrival, otherwise, there is no place for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to ensure acknowledgment of your cancellation is received in good time.
  In order to be protected from our policy of cancellations and reservations and to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend you to subscribe the travel insurance provided by the web sites.
  We request to our guests to check out until 10:00 and the property will be available for the check in from 15:00 onwards.
• There is a supplement of €35 for the third person per week.

Great apartment, good size, clean and well equipped, from the balcony you can gaze out to sea or watch all the action around and about and feel part of the local community. If you have a car there are plenty of leisurely days out to be had and many spectacular sights to see. The restaurant at the Aparthotel was very good and very handy just a short walk.
Marco handled the booking in a professional and friendly manner and gave worthwhile information about the area.
We had a great time, many thanks.

Would highly recommend this accomodation

We had a lovely stay at this very wonderful apartment, which is conveniently located near all Madeira's attractions. The view on the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. The whole appartment was very clean and everything we needed was there. We were given a very nice welcome and the owners speak English perfectly. Thank you Marco, Alfredo and yours Mum!
