Crystal Seaview is a beautiful, fully air-conditioned 4 1/2-bedroom, 5-bath villa perched high above Chocolate Hole with a 270-degree view of Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas & St. Croix. It is perfect for families or 3 couples.
Crystal Seaview's spacious & very colorful great room opens onto a covered verandah with delightful views of Chocolate Hole. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, cooking island, gas cooktop & all-modern appliances. The great room also features an interior dining area as well as alfresco dining area on the covered verandah, perfect for lingering over meals & enjoying the views. This upper level features 2 bedrooms: 1 with Queen 4-poster bed & the other with 2 twins (ideal for kids or teens). These bedrooms interconnect & share a bathroom, and are located in their own wing off one of the verandahs.
The villa's lower level has 2 and 1/2 additional bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom features a sitting area (with Queen sleep sofa) & dressing room/office combination. Designed in knotty pine style, the sunny room opens to the pool deck on one side & a private garden nook on the other (between the master bedroom & master bath is a tiny bedroom with 2 twin beds, ideal for small children who need to be near their parents). On the opposite side of the pool level is another large bedroom with King 4-poster mahogany bed & ensuite bath.
Crystal Seaview's pool (21' x 12', with steps) opens onto beautiful views of Chocolate Hole. The pool terrace accommodates a wetbar, guest shower, w/c & washer/dryer utlity area. The villa is conveniently located a mere 5-minute drive from the sandy beach at the Westin Resort on Great Cruz Bay, and approximately 20 minutes from St John's renowned north shore National Park beaches. Cruz Bay's boutiques, markets, restaurants, ferries, & water activities are a 10-15-minute drive from the villa.
For friends travelling together, Crystal Seaview is within an easy minute or so walk from Seagrass Cottage (CT GRA).
