My apartment is in an old Architects drawing office, with high ceilings,huge sash windows and panelled doors.
There is a seperate kitchen with all modern appliances for your catering needs.
Public bicycles are available outside the national concert hall and are very handy for getting around our compact city.
The National concert hall,the national gallery and Trinity college are all within walking distance for all of your cultural needs!
The Royal canal is just around the corner and is a a beautiful place to run,walk,jog or just sit and watch the people and boats pass by.
We can arrange a meet and greet at the airport to bring you direct to the apartment for €50
We have constant hot water , wifi and heat. We provide normal size double beds and a very comfortable IKEA double sofa bed.There is seating for 6 people and enough plates etc and cooking equipment to allow you to eat in whenever you feel like it.

This is a great location, surrounded by Georgian splendor and in the heart of the embassy district. It is a very quiet street, but is still in walking distance of all of the best sights.
Fantastic experience at Andrew's apartment. Amazing location, so close to St Stephen's Green, Grafton St etc. Apartment has everything you need and perfect for 2 persons. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.
As advertised. Quiet and clean property that is a 5 minute walk from St. Patrick's Green and 15 minutes from Grafton Street/Temple Bar. We walked nearly everywhere. Andrew was readily available. Would recommend.
We stayed in Andrews apartment for one week. It is centrally located and you find shops, Pubs and all the attractions of Dublin in walking distants. The apartment itself is really nice. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen is well equiped for basic cooking. Andrew provided a lot of helpful information in advance and was a great host. We really had a great time and would stay in this apartment again. We can just recommend it!
The flat is in a quiet location very handy for St Stephen's Green and Grafton St. We walked to most of Dublin's attractions from the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are small but we managed fine for a week. The apartment was clean and Andrew came to introduce himself and check if we had everything we needed. We had a great time in Dublin and also enjoyed a trip out on the train to Howth.
For a holiday vacation Andrew's apt South of the Liffey was absolutely perfect. 1 Block away from the National Concert Hall, within 10-15 minutes walking distance from Grafton Street and all the best restaurants and theatres in Dublin it was perfect. The apt is spacious and very clean and has all the amenties for a very smooth and relaxing stay. It is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with coffee shops and markets a block or two away, yet close enough to all the entertainment that a car or even a taxi was ever needed.
There were a few small issues that Andrew took care of immediately. He was very responsive to our needs and a wonderful host. We've already recommended his flat to friends.
We stayed in the garden-level apartment. I have to say that Andrew is absolutely delightful. Prompt at responding to all requests, and, for the apartment, the price is very good.
The apartment is well located, so you can walk to Grafton Street, Trinity College, etc... easily. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We were a family of 3, and, there was just enough space for us - the kitchen and bathroom are both pretty compact. The bath reminded me of the "shoilet" on some small boats.
If you are looking for a great value, then, I'd recommend this. The only downside is that there isn't a lot of light coming in at that level.
With 4 other friends, we spent a week in this really nice appartment. This appartment is very comfortable and practical. Walking slowly, we were only 15mins to animated streets. We had a really great week in Dublin.
Adelaide Road on Dublin's upmarket Southside, is truly one of Dublin's finest streets. Here you are surrounded by the splendour of Georgian Dublin, within a short stroll of the City's most attractive and historic landmarks. The Royal Canal, Merrion Square, Fitzwilliam Square, St Stephen's Green, the Irish Parliament, The National Museum and Art Gallery, the Natural History Museum, the National Library, Grafton Street, Trinity College and the Book of Kells, the vibrant Temple Bar, Christchurch and Viking Dublin are all within a ten-minute walk. For famous Dublin night life Adelaide is only a ten minute walk from the Temple Bar and on your way you will pass down Camden street pass several of Dublins most famous watering holes, the Bleeding Horse, Whelans (Dublins premiere music venue) JJ Smyths, the Long Haul, the Globe to name but a few. Step outside and into Old Dublin, enjoy its people, its music and that famous atmosphere that makes Dublin so special.
