Apartment on multiple levels of 40 m² composed of 2 rooms + bathroom and terrace. In Finale Ligure Montesordo-town, near the Rock of Perti and 10 minutes drive (8km) from the sea. Accommodation bright and independent. And 'the house that I restored for me and is very accurate and well furnished, available for rent during times when I did not dress. On two floors, connected by a spiral staircase inside. Stunning sea-mounts. And 'situated in a beautiful place, in a tiny, ancient settlement, in the countryside. Peaceful, quiet and very sunny. Outdoor private parking close to home. Two beds plus one ottoman bed. For weekly or monthly. Ideal for RELAX-BEACH AND SEA-TOURS-MOUNTAIN-CLIMBING BIKE!!

Zone wonderful and sunny spot in the Final of the regional park, ideal for holidays throughout the year. In one of the few areas not preserved and cemented in the Finale. Surrounded by greenery and close to beaches, but not involved from the summer hustle and bustle of Finale Ligure center. At the foot of the famous rock climbing Perti and a10-minute drive (8 miles) from the beaches. Suitable for both lovers of the beach and hiking conditions, both for fans of sport climbing and MTB. In summer the central point out that in Finale Ligure, a few years, it organized a shuttle service to the beaches, starting from the large parking lot in Finalborgo.
